My STEM Time Mega Contest

Be a part of biggest online STEM battle where students from various schools compete to win prizes up to Rs 2.30 lakhs.

Through its Mega Contest, My STEM Time is looking for best STEM Videos from its users that are made using one of the following

** Professional kits
** Household items
** DIY kits
** Project/Concept-based STEM Videos

You can also utilize more than one resource for creating the video(s).

Who Can Participate?

The students from schools or academies can enter this competition by registering on the website.

The participating students will be divided into one of these four categories for judging and evaluation purposes:

1) Pre-primary- Classes Nursery to 1st
2) Elementary – Classes 2nd to 5th
3) Middle – Classes 6th to 8th
4) Senior Secondary – Classes 9th to 12th

The participation can also take place at the school/academy level, with prizes for participating institutions based on criteria in the ‘Prizes’ section.

How To Participate?

Contest Duration

The students can submit their videos from 25th December 2018 to 31st March 2019.

Judging Criteria

For Students:
Evaluation of participating students will be based on the following criteria

** Number of Views/Comments/Star ratings (20%)
** Conceptualization& Implementation, along with Description & Presentation (40%)
** Quality of the Video (20%)
** Use of latest Technology/Kit (20%)

For Schools:
** Number of videos submitted by the school/Academy Student/Mentor during the contest
** Number of videos of each school shortlisted by My Stem Time Moderator.

The final results will be declared on 15th April 2019.

For the Students:
The judges will declare two winners from each category.

The prizes include:

Contest Terms

** Contest entries shall be judged or winners selected on the basis of those criteria specified on our website and/or social media channels in relation to the contest.
** If a contest entrant does not meet the eligibility requirements or is subject to any entry restrictions, that entrant shall not be entitled to be adjudged a winner, and will not be entitled to a prize in any circumstances.
** Our decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
** The results of a Contest will be announced on our website within 15 days following the closing date of the competition.
** No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.
** Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
** You grant to us an exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual and irrevocable licence to copy, store, edit, distribute, transmit and publish your contestentries.
