HIL Birla Aerocon T20 Consumer Contest

These terms and conditions shall be applicable to all the consumers who wish or intend to participate in the “Consumer Scheme for BIRLA AEROCON PIPES & FITTINGS” being conducted by HIL LIMITED from 10th FEB 2019 to 31st MAR, 2019, both days inclusive.

Who Can Participate?

The Contest shall be open for all the residents of India above the age of 18 years. Please note that Corporate shall not be eligible to participate in the Contest. Corporates include a public or a private limited company. Scheme not applicable in the state of Tamil Nadu.

How To Participate?

Step-1: Customer should purchase BIRLA Aerocon Pipes and fittings and Solvent from the Retailer across India for a value equal to or higher than Rs. 5,000/-.
Step-2: Customer will ask for a valid Bill / Invoice from retailer or stockist from whom he/ she shall Purchase the Material.
Step-3: Bill must contain its number, total bill amount and bill date and stamp by retailer. It will also contain plumber Name and phone number. All these necessary documents (hereinafter referred to as “Proofs”) must be produced in original when asked by HIL representative for verification. Proofs comprise of the attested original invoice with Plumber’s mobile number and photographs of installation.
Step-4: Customer will Type: BIRLAZONE CODEPURCHASE AMOUNT INVOICE NUMBER to 7997024222Eg: If you have bought material worth Rs.10,000 with invoice number is 17568 and you belong to Hyderabad (South Zone), then you will SMS:BIRLA S 10000 17568 and send to 7997024222. Zone Codes are South:S, West:W, North:N, East:E
Step-5: After sending the message, the Customer shall receive an auto-response from HIL, confirming the receipt of the message.
Step-6: On successful completion of the Contest, HIL shall select the winners through a lucky draw.
Step-7: Consumers from the entire Country, except the State of Tamil Nadu, shall be eligible to participate in the Contest.

Prizes

Participants upon valid registration during the Contest Period shall stand a chance to win 1 entry to meet CSK Players in an exclusive event.

Winners

** The Winners shall be announced on a specified date. The list of Winners shall be uploaded on official social media handles of HIL.
** The decision of HIL in this regard shall be final and binding.
** All the Winners shall receive an SMS on their registered mobile numbers.
** Each Winner will be able to claim 1 entry to meet CSK Players in an exclusive event within 48 hours of announcement, after verification of proofs by HIL representative.
** The winners would also get a fully sponsored trip (travel from the nearest airport/railway station and stay included) from HIL. Depending on availability, Terms and Conditions apply.

Contest Terms

** All invoices should have retailer stamp and number.
** Participation in this Contest is free, voluntary and at the sole discretion of the Participant.
** By participating in this Contest, the Participant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts all the decisions of HIL, which shall be final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.
** Participant would be able to send only one SMS through a single mobile number to participate in the Contest.
** All entries sent for a combination of same Invoice number and amount would be considered as invalid /rejected.
** No part redemption will be possible.
** The prizes cannot be exchanged for Cash/Gift Card.
** New Unique Code cannot be used for SMS booking.
** The Prize is non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
