Junior Scientist Talent Hunt JSTH 2015-16:
S.S.S.S. is conducting exam on Math ,Science, research & Development, natural Hazards Science & Technology. There are two papers , JSTH and NHRDE. Students can participate in both or either of the two. JSTH exam comprises Maths’s, science and SPBQ. NHRDE (Natural Hazards Reserch & Development Exam)is purely on technology, Global issues and R & D in India and its comparison with rest of the world. Questions will be based on fundamental and applied knowledge. The objective of asking question on these issues is to create awareness among the students,

Eligibility & Syllabus:
All the students from class IV to X and students of class XI – XII (Science students only) can appear in JSTH examination. Students who participated in previous years can re-appear in the contest.

Syllabus:
Math’s & Science of current academic year up to schedule JSTH exam date.Science ProjectBasedQuestion(S.P.B.Q.)onbasicknowledgeonNaturalHazards,Agriculture,Space,fuel,SolarEnergy,ISRO,BARC,TIFR,CSIR,ISCA,CSCA,NASA, IIST etc.

JSTH Process:
JSTH Prima (State Level):
Comprehensive objective test to choose the talented young brains.

JSTH Challenger (National Level):
The top students selected from all the participating schools of various states, have to prepare a power point presentation based on various Global issues and Research & Development programs of Govt. of India, basis on which the final top students will be selected.

Conduction of Examination:
(a) The JSTH prima will be conducted offline (in the school) and online.

(b) Results will be declared within 21 days from the date of exam.

How to Apply:
School needs to inform the students willing for participation and proceed as directed.

Individual:
Students who want to participate individually are required to download the registration form from www.jsthindia.co.in. They need to duly fill it and send it along with requisite DD only (in favor of JUNIOR SCIENTIST TALENT HUNT, payable at Ghaziabad) for the stipulated amount as below at our registered address. Applications received by us will be acknowledged- students will be notified by us through email at their email address (as provided in their application form)

Registration Fee for NHRDE : INR 150/-

Registration Fee for NHRDE & JSTH : INR 250/-

Important Dates :
This year S.S.S.S. is conducting JSTH & NHRDE examination twice on demand of the participants and the school management.The exam will be held in the month of September & decembert.Students /Schools can participate either in one exam or both

Examination Center:
For Students participating through school, their school will be the center of Exam. Though for individual participation, JSTH management will try to allocate the nearest.
