SPAR Supermom Contest

SPAR Supermom Contest 2019 is organised by SPAR Hypermarket. This contest/competition is applicable at all SPAR Stores across India.

Contest Period

The participants can send their entries/post videos to participate in the contest/competition from 21st April 2018 to 8th May 2018.

How To Participate?

The Participants have to share a video as their contest/competition entry at home or at SPAR SuperMom Zone by telling us why according to them, their Mom is a SuperMom.

Winners Selection

** The winner of SuperMom contest/ competition shall be selected based on the most number of likes & shares of their video entry on Spar India Facebook Page
** The choosing/selecting of winners is entirely at the sole discretion of SPAR India (Max Hypermarket India Pvt Ltd).
** Apart from 1 Winner (SPAR SuperMom), few more mom’s will be eligible to win some more exciting gifts.
** No two gifts can be clubbed together to participate in this competition/contest.

Winners Announcement

The SPAR SuperMom announcement will be held on 10th May 2018 on our Facebook page

Prize

The prize of 1 million rupees must be collected within 30 days of the announcement, failing which the prize will lapse.

Contest Terms

** In order to accept the prize, the winner must agree to pay the TDS applicable as per norms by Government of India and must provide a Government photo identity proof to claim the prize.
** By participating in the contest/ competition, the customer agrees to remain bound by terms and conditions.

** The prize under the contest/ competition cannot be exchanged for gifts/products or transferred in any other mode.
** For the SPAR SuperMom Contest/ Competition Winners, all taxes, travel cost, food cost etc, if applicable to be paid by the participating member.
** Participating members who become eligible for the prize agree to be photographed when receiving prizes or any other event that Max Hypermarkets India Pvt. Ltd organizes in connection with the scheme.
** Further participating member agrees to use of the photograph in marketing materials of Max Hypermarkets India Pvt. Ltd including and not restricted to press advertisement, brochure, leaflet, banner etc.
** Max Hypermarkets India Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to change the gifts/prizes under this contest/competition due to non-availability or any other reason.
** Max Hypermarkets India Pvt. Ltd will replace this with another item of similar value in the reasonable amount of time.
** The participant will not hold Max Hypermarkets India Pvt. Ltd responsible for or liable for any actions, claims, demands, damages, losses, costs, charges & expenses which a participating member may suffer, sustain or incur by way of this scheme.
** Max Hypermarket India Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to withdraw, change or modify the terms & conditions any time without any prior notice.
** The member shall not make any specific demand in respect of brand or make variation in design, color, shape or otherwise the physical appearance/technical features in respect of any prizes/gifts offered/own by him/her, under this promotion.
** SPAR India will not adjust the prize value in any form in case of any exchange/cancellation by the winner/winners.
** The SPAR Supermom Contest/Competition is solely for the SPAR Customers (SPAR Hypermarket Stores in India) only.
** The employees of Max Hypermarket India Pvt. Ltd. & relatives, media agency & vendors are not entitled to participate in this contest.
** In case of any disputes decision of SPAR India management shall be final and binding on the customer.
** Disputes if any are subject to the Jurisdiction of court in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
