Terms :

The “What’S Your Tech Quotient Contest” (Hereinafter referred to as “Contest”) is organized and administered by Digital Law & Kenneth having its registered office at 301 Neelam Center, A Wing, Hind Cycle Road, Worli, Mumbai- 400030 India (hereinafter referred to as “DLK”) in association with Idea Cellular Limited, a company having its registered office at Suman Tower, Plot No. 18, Sector – 11, Gandhinagar – 382 011 and Corporate Office at 5th Floor, Windsor, Off CST Road, Kalina, Santacruz (E), Mumbai-400098 (hereinafter referred to as “Idea”). DLK and Idea shall be jointly referred to as “Organisers”.

Procedure and Eligibility to participate :

This Contest is valid for those Participants who subscribe for What’s your Tech Quotient? Contest to be launched by Idea. The Participants who subscribes for the Contest during the period of 12:30 am on 27th September till 11:59 pm on 8th December shall be eligible to participate in this Contest without paying any subscription or entry fee.

This Contest is valid for the Participants who fulfils the below mentioned criteria and confirm that he/she is:
** Of or above 15 years of age.
** A citizen of India.
** Has neither been convicted nor prosecuted for commission of any criminal offence nor are of an unsound mind.
** Is not under any legal disability e.g. insolvency, restraint by court order etc. and / or is prohibited from entering any contractual relationship.

To Participate in the Contest :

** To participate in the Contest & be eligible for gratification, participant is required to submit entries via his/her Twitter/Facebook or e-mail address.
** The participant will be expected to recognize terminology from the world of technology via various images hinting at the hidden technology. For each right answer participant shall be allotted some score/number.
** The participant can participate a maximum of 5 times via any each of his Facebook or Twitter email id. The highest score would be counted of all attempts.
** The participant scoring highest in recognising & naming the technology, in the least possible time would be selected as the highest scorer.

Gratification(s) :

** At the end of the Contest Period, top 5 (five) participants scoring the highest in less amount of time shall be selected as those eligible for Gratification(s).
* *The Gratification(s) will be sponsored by IDEA.
** The highest scorers will have to collect the gratification from Idea’s regional office.
** The terms and conditions of the Gratification(s) shall be decided by the Organiser at their sole discretion.
** The Gratification(s) Contested in this Contest will be sponsored and distributed by IDEA.

4. After the selection and validation of the highest scorer of the above mentioned Gratification(s), the highest scorer will be contacted, through email, for 3 consecutive days, and will be given further details as to how, when and where they can redeem their respective Gratification(s).
5. This Contest is being made purely on a “highest scorer” basis and participation of eligible Participants is voluntary, and subject to acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
6. All disputes must be addressed by the Participant in writing to Idea directly.
