Registration
Registration fees per entry 499 INR (7.00 USD) only. The last date for submission is 14th January 2020
Rules & Regulations
General:
** Entries for the Casttree Event & Awards 2019 are open for everyone across globe.
** The entry fee is 499 INR per entry.
** The last date for submissions is January 14th, 2020.
** Judge’s decision will be final and binding.
** Event organizers and Casttree reserve the right to change/modify/ alter any rule or its part or event of this competition anytime.
Short Films:
** The short film can be based on any subject or concept.
** The short film can be in any language. Include sub-titles in English.
** The total runtime of the short film, including opening & closing credits, should be a minimum of 2 minutes and a maximum of 30 minutes.
** All content used in the short film must be either owned or licensed. If any copyrighted material is used in the film, the participant must have the permission and submit a copy to the Festival Organizers.
** Only short films produced after 1st January 2013 are eligible for the Casttree Events & Awards 2019.
** Short films applied for casttree events 2018 is not eligible for the Casttree Events & Awards 2019.
** The short films that are selected for the final screening will not be allowed to withdraw under any circumstances until the festival is over.
Independent Music Videos:
** Music submissions must be self-released or an independent label release (may be distributed by a major label).
** The total runtime of the music video should be a minimum of 1 minute and a maximum of 7 minutes.
** Music Video submissions may contain original or cover music
** Cover Song submissions do not require permission from the publisher to be eligible
** Demo recordings are NOT Eligible
** Only music albums/cover albums produced after 1st January 2013 are eligible for the Casttree Events & Awards 2019.
Schedule
14th Jan 2020 : Regular registration ends for Casttree Events and Awards 2019.
28th Jan 2020 : A list of top 50 short films and music videos qualified for the final will be announced.
6, 7 & 8th Feb 2020 : The top 50 short films and top 10 music videos will be screened.
10th Feb 2020 : Casttree Events and Awards 2019 will be held at Christ University, Bengaluru, India and winners will be announced during the event.
