LOBELIA 2K15 :
Lobelia, the annual college fest of RGKMCH since the year 1982, has featured and hosted various renowned artists and bands from and outside Kolkata – the likes of Udit Narayan Jha, Usha Uthup, Anjan Dutta, Rupankar Bagchi and local rock bands like Fossils, Cactus, Bhumi, Krosswinds etc.

In the interim decade, winds of change blowed across R.G.Kar and this colossus was lost in the sands of time. Deprivation of LOBELIA aroused in the hearts of its die-hard fans an empowering need for its resurrection. This necessitated the revival of the sleeping giant.

Just like a Phoenix, the Pegasus of LOBELIA lit up in flames once more, rejuvenating and rejoicing in the glory of LOBELIA 2012 : The Reawakening and we graced the presence of the likes of the majestic RAETH & the ever-so-sweet melody of ANUPAM ROY.

So we seek inspiration from all these endeavors behind us. Once again we look up for that one constellation of perfection. For perfection is not an achievement but an idea. An idea we strive to forge so that may be even the Gods will be compelled to look down and applaud our grandeur.
