Eligibility

Airtel Mega Win Inamo Ki Barsat Season 9 is open only to Indian citizens (individuals), residing in India, aged 18 years or above and are valid Airtel Prepaid and/or Postpaid subscribers.

Contest Period

The Contest shall run for the period of 90 days commencing from 24th December 2019 at 00:00:01 hours and concluding on 22nd March, 2020 at 23:59:59 hours.

How To Participate?

To participate in/register for the Contest, the Subscribers have to

Register/Subscribe

a. Registration/Subscription can be done by calling 53111 or by sending SMS SUB to 53111. Subscription will be done for 999 days. Modes of registration/ subscription can be added or suspended (due to unavoidable issues on which Organizer does not have any control) during the duration of the contest.

b. On subscribing through any of the above mentioned modes, the successful Subscriber will receive an acknowledgement SMS on his/her mobile number registered with Airtel informing him/her about his subscription status.

c. UNSUBSCRIPTION – If a subscribed user wants to unsubscribe from the contest then it can be done by typing ‘UNSUB’ and sending it as an SMS to 53111 (toll-free) or by calling the toll-free number 53111.

Charging

a. All the subscribers of contest will be charged Rs. 30/-, with below mentioned fallback options along with validity depending on the available balance on his/her MSISDN registered with Airtel.

b. All subscribed/registered users will be charged from the 1st day of the contest, or the day that he/she subscribes/registers to the contest, till the end of the contest, or till the day he/she unsubscribes from the contest, whichever happens first, irrespective of whether the contest subscribers play the contest or not.

c. On non-contest days the subscribers will not be charged.

d. All contest subscribers will be allowed to play the contest once they subscribe on the service with mentioned price points. If the charging fails for any particular month during the contest, the subscribed user will be allowed to play the contest for that month, however the questions attempted by such subscriber shall not be considered for the Winner selection process for any of the prizes under the contest.

Therefore:
i. For subscribers that are charged Rs.30 for a month, all 300 questions played by him/her shall be considered for the purpose of Winner selection.

ii. After playing 300 questions allotted for the month, subscribers won’t be able to play further till the first day of next month when he/she can play 300 questions allotted for that month. However, post getting successful charging notification, his/her score will be updated.

Construct

a. User can dial 53111 or send SMS to 53111 to play the contest.

b. User will get the option to choose between the following two (2) contests:
i. Airtel Megawin Contest
ii. Airtel Megawin Inamo ki Barsaat

c. User can subscribe for both the above mentioned contests at the same time and play.

d. In Airtel Megawin Inamo ki Barsaat contest, user will get an option to choose category (mentioned in Annexure A – Gratification Grid) to play the contest. Once a category has been chosen by the user, it cannot be changed for that whole month. A user can be eligible to win prize only in the category chosen by him/her for that month.

e. Every month four (4) categories will be available to the user to play for.

f. Every new month, user has to select a category to play further.

g. Contest is based on monthly format.

h. Winners will be declared after the end of Contest Period.

Total Questions

1. There will be a total of 900 questions available to a subscribed user to play during the Contest Period i.e. 90 days (300 questions per month as defined herein). Question allotment will be done on first activation date of user in this contest.

For example, User will be allotted 300 questions with 1 month duration on their first subscription irrespective of charging amount. User can consume allotted questions any time. However, post getting successful charging notification, his/her score will be updated.

a. For example, a user subscribes to the service on 1st day of contest with Rs. 10 for 30 days validity. System will allot total 300 questions to that user. User can consume allotted questions any time till the last date of monthly contest.

However, the user will have to be charged Rs. 30 for his/her score to be updated for those 300 questions. Till last date of Monthly period of contest if a user is successfully charged with total Rs. 20 then his/her score will be updated as per Rs. 20 (only first 200 questions answered by the participant would be considered for score update) business model

b. For example, a user subscribes on 15th day of contest with Rs. 15 for 15 days validity, he/she will get 300 questions to consume but his/her score will be updated only for 15 days i.e. 150 questions as he/she subscribed on portal in middle of the contest.

2. Questions will not be carried forwarded to next month for any user. User has to consume 300 questions in particular month (as defined above).
