Nissan GTA Quiz Contest 2015 :
Eligibility:
The free-to-enter contest to be conducted on Twitter timeline (“#NissanGTAQuiz”) herein after referred to as the “contest” is open only to legal residents of India who are at least Eighteen (18) years of age as on 29th December, 2014. Employees, agents, partners or officers of NMIPL or of any entity involved in the development, production, implementation and distribution of the contest, including any advertising or promotion agency, parent company, service provider, subsidiary or affiliate of any such entity or any other entity directly associated with NMIPL or any member of the immediate family of and/or person living in the same household as such persons, are ineligible to enter the contest.

Contest Entry:
The contest will begin on 23rd June, 2015, 5PM and will end on 26th June, 2015, 8PM. You must be a member of the Twitter website to enter. You may become a member of Twitter website by providing your full name, date of birth, gender and email address to create a participant name and password. Visitor to the sites https://twitter.com/Nissan_India may opt not to enter the contest as the same is not mandatory. There is no entry fee for this using this contest. To enter the contest, the participants need to read and follow the instructions provided.

How to enter the contest:
1. Follow the Twitter page (https://twitter.com/Nissan_India)

2. Anyone participating in the contests need to reply to the contest tweet on Twitter. The participant must send in their entries as a Reply with the contest hashtag (#NissanGTAQuiz and specific hashtags for the questions) on the contest tweet

3. The contest is is a quick quiz where there will be four questions each day and to win one has to answer all the questions correctly. The first five people to give right answers to all the questions will win per day.

4. The contest will run for 4 days (22rd June to 26rd June) and each day there will be 5 winners

5. All the 20 winners over 4 days will win Nissan GT Academy merchandises

Terms and Condition of contest:
ParticipationThis contest is managed by D2NA on behalf of NMIPL (referred as ‘contest managing body’) and NMIPL is not liable in case of any misplacements.

The contest managing body reserves all the right to change, curtail or discontinue the contest without any prior notice in any form. Decision of NMIPL or contest managing body is final in all respects and binding on all participants to the offer and no correspondence whatsoever will be entertained in this regard.By entering the contest all participants confirm having understood all the terms and conditions stated in this document and accept those terms and conditions. Non-acceptance of any of these terms and conditions will result in disqualification of the participant.NMIPL or contest managing body will not be held responsible for any discrepancies related to submitting entries in the Contest.

NMIPL or contest managing body may at any time modify, discontinue, or suspend its operation of this contest, or any part thereof, temporarily or permanently, without notice to the participantThe decision of contest managing body is final in all respects and shall be binding on all the participants and no correspondence whatsoever will be entertained in this regard.The winners of the contest will be notified by Direct message on Twitter only. No call or SMS shall be made or accepted in respect of this contest or the result of the same by NMIPL or contest managing body.The gift is not transferable or exchangeable and in the event that for any reason whatsoever becomes unavailable, NMIPL reserves the right to substitute the gift with another.The winner needs to furnish correct and provide complete contact details (contact number, email id and address).If the winner rejects his/her gift or in the event of non-compliance with these rules and requirements, such gift will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

In case the participant do not reply with contact details via Facebook inbox within 48 hours of the notification message sent via Twitter Direct Message, NMIPL & contest managing body reserves the right to forfeit the such gift.

Participants acknowledge and understand that there will no monetary/ any other obligations on the part of the managing body to compensate the participant for the usage of the content provided by the participant and shall have no claim whatsoever (whether financial or otherwise) on NMIPL or contest managing body for all the aforementioned use of any content submitted by the participants.

The participants warrant that they are of sound mind, of requisite legal age, have clearly understood that the contest details and that the participants would be shortlisted on the basis of originality, creativity and relevance of the story to the category. The participant further agrees that the participant does not involve a matter of chance and or gambling and does not call for any entry fee being charged by NMIPL or contest managing body from the participants. The participants agree to all the aforesaid Terms and Conditions of their free will and there is no compulsion or coercion or undue influence exerted upon the participant to participate in the contest or agree the terms and conditions as mentioned herein above.

The participant is responsible for all Content that the participant submits, post, or otherwise make available to or through this contest. By doing so, the participant represents and warrants to the NMIPL or contest managing body that such content is original work of art and is not confidential and that the participant has all necessary permission to submit post and otherwise make available such Content.The participant agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless NMIPL or contest managing body, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates and suppliers from any liability, loss, claim and expense (including reasonable legal fees) directly or indirectly related to (i) the participant’s breach of this agreement, and (ii) the participant’s posting of material to this contest.
