Coca-Cola Under the Cap Campaign is a consumer promotion launched by Coca-Cola India Private Limited comprising of the following four(4) lucky draws, which shall be conducted in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Promotion.

Promotion Period

This Promotion will commence at 12:00:00 am Indian Standard Time on March 14, 2020 and will continue until May 22, 2020 23:59:59 pm IST.

The entries (SMS) shall be accepted until 23:59:59 pm on the End Date. The valid timings for receiving entries (SMS) for the Promotion are between 12:00:00 am and 23:59:59 pm each day of the Promotion Period.

Eligibility

Subject to the criteria of Promotion Territory, entry and participation in this Promotion is open to individuals who satisfy each of the following criteria.

** must have attained eighteen (18) years of age.
** own a valid cellular GSM or CDMA phone connection that is accessible at all times;
** have a valid Paytm account.
** bear a good moral character and have not been implicated or named in any legal proceedings (either civil or criminal).

Note:
Please note that any application received from residents of the state of Tamil Nadu for Promotion, shall be declared as null and void and shall not be taken into consideration for the purpose of determining the Winners of the Prize.

How To Enter ?

To enter the Promotion, Participants must purchase any returnable glass bottle of the Promotion Products during the Promotion Period. (“Step 1”)

The SMS Route:
After completion of Step 1, Participants are required to SMS the 8 (eight) digit Unique Code printed under the crown of Promotion Products to (+91) 7039020000 from any GSM or CDMA mobile phone connection anytime during the Promotion Period. (“Step2”)

The Unique Code may be found under the crown the of Promotion Products. All Unique Codes shall be prefixed by name of the brand and region code. The format of the SMS to be sent by the Participant is as follows: ‘unique code’ to (+91) 7039020000.

After successful completion of Step 2, Apps Discover shall verify each entry through various checks for the entry to be qualified as “Valid Entry” under the Promotion.

It is hereby clarified that, one mobile number will be allowed to send only 10 invalid entries. If the mobile number sends more than 10 Invalid entries, it will be blocked for further participation in the Promotion and no SMS for acknowledgment will be sent after the 10th Invalid entry.

If the Participant sends a Valid Entry in accordance with the Terms, his/her Valid Entry shall be placed in the Hourly Lucky Draw Pool, Daily Lucky Draw Pool, Weekly Lucky Draw Pool, Mega Lucky Draw Pool subject to the following conditions:

** A mobile number through which the Participant’s Valid Entry has already won Daily Lucky Draw Prize or Weekly Lucky Draw Prize under the Promotion shall not be eligible for Daily Lucky Draw.

** A mobile number through which the Participant’s Valid Entry has already won Weekly Lucky Draw Prize or Daily Lucky Draw Prize under the Promotion shall not be eligible for Weekly Draws.

** A mobile number through which the Participant’s Valid Entry has already won Weekly Lucky Draw Prize or Daily Lucky Draw Prize under the Promotion shall not be eligible for Mega lucky Draw.

Prizes & Winners

Hourly Lucky Draw Prize:
** Each Hourly Lucky Draw Winner shall receive the Hourly Lucky Draw Prize in accordance with the Terms.
** There shall be a total of 7 Lacs Hourly Lucky Draw Prizes under the Promotion.
** [ 1000 (One Thousand) Hourly Lucky Draw Prizes for each Hourly Lucky Draw under the Promotion.]

Daily Lucky Draw Prize:
** Each Daily Lucky Draw Winner shall receive the Daily Lucky Draw Prize in accordance with the Terms.
** There shall be a total of 70 Daily Lucky Draw Prizes under the Promotion.

Weekly Lucky Draw Prize:
** Each Weekly Lucky Draw Winner shall receive the Weekly Lucky Draw Prize in accordance with the Terms.
** There shall be a total of 10 Weekly Lucky Draw Prizes under the Promotion.

Mega Lucky Draw Prize:
** The Mega Lucky Draw Winner shall receive Mega Lucky Draw Prize in accordance with the Terms.
