Contest Terms & Conditions :

This terms and conditions consist and set out the rules for a natural person wishing to participate (the “Term of Contest”) in the contest titled as “Black Friday Sale” and “Cyber Monday Sale” (collectively the “Contest”)to be organized and launched by HostGator India, Endurance Web Solutions Private limited, having its place of business at Door No.5-35/1, Near Kings Park Layout, Maryhill, Kavoor Post, Mangaluru, Karnataka 575015, (hereinafter referred to as “Company”, “We”, “Our”, or “Us” as the context may arise).

For the purpose of this Terms of Contest, wherever the context so requires “You”, “Your” or “Participant” shall mean the natural person wishing to participate in the Contest.

1 Terms of Participation :

1.1. If You want to or intend to participate in the Contest, You shall be required to register or open an online account with Us by completing the registration process via hostgator.in ; for avoidance of doubt it is clarified that participation in the Contest is only possible upon Registration with Us.

1.2. Eligibility of the Participant and registration requirements:
i. You shall register with Us for the Contest by using Your email account and other details or credentials as required.
ii. No employee(s) or representative(s) from the Company, Directi Web Technology Private Limited, and/or any entity or person directly or indirectly associated with or affiliated to Endurance group , and affiliates of HostGator India is/are eligible and allowed to participate in the Contest.
iii. You must be the resident and domicile of Republic of India, and shall provide the residential address as required during the registration process;
iv. You shall have purchased a product at HostGator India website i,e, hostgator.in during the contest period commencing on 27th November 2015 and will remain open till 30th November 2015 (both dates inclusive).
v. You shall not cancel the product during the money back guarantee period, which in this case can be upto 45 days from the date of purchase. If You breach this provision, We reserve the right to cancel Your participation and You shall not be considered or qualified to be considered as Winner.

2 Authorization to the Company :

By accepting to this Terms of Contest, You hereby warrant, represent, and agree that You irrevocably grant to the Company and its assignee the perpetual right, but not an obligation, worldwide to edit, adapt, modify, publish, exploit and use the entry, and all elements or information embodied during registration or provided for Contesttherein by You, including, but not limited, any names or likenesses, in any way and in any media (whether now known or hereafter devised), for internal, trade, advertising, promotional and/or other purposes as the Company and/or its assignee may determine without prior notification to You or Your permission. Each winner agrees to their name being used by the Company or its business partner for promotional activities on social media and for print.

3 Contest Period :

The contest will launch on 27 November 2015 and will close on 30 November 2015 (the “Contest Period”), provided, however, that We reserve the right to postpone, modify, and amend the Terms of Contest and Contest Period at Our sole discretion, without any prior intimation to You.

4 Prize and Terms of Selection :

Post-closing of the Contest Period, the winners of the Contest will be selected as follow

4.1 There will be four winners amongst all the participant(s) registered with Us :
i. Subject to the other terms set out herein, the first prize (which is a Brand VU 40in Full HD LED TV) (the “First Prize”) will be awarded to the registered participant on basis of a lucky draw out of all the successful participants (the “First Winner”). The First Prize will be provided with manufacturer’s warranty as laid out in their terms and conditions.. The insurance, maintenance and running costs of the First Prize will be the responsibility of the First Winner from the time of declaration of the First Prize. For avoidance of doubt, it is hereby clarified that We shall not bear any cost relating to insurance, tax or any other maintenance related expenses; First Winner shall have to bear any and all cost relating to the First Prize except as otherwise provided in this Terms of Contest.

ii. The second prize is “Nikon Coolpix Digital Camera” (the “Second Prize”) will be awarded to the registered participant on basis of a lucky draw out of all the successful participants(the “Second Winner”).
iii. The third prize, two Flipkart Voucher worth denomination of Rs 1000 each (the “Third Prize”) will be awarded to the registered participant on basis of a lucky draw out of all the successful participants.. For the purpose of this Terms of Contest, “Winners” shall mean and include the First Winner, the Second Winner, and the Third Winner.

iv. In addition to the above terms and conditions, and for avoidance of doubt it is hereby clarified that in the event of actual delivery of the First Prize, the Second Prize, and the Third Prize their colour, texture, look etc.may differ as illustrated in this Terms of Contest or displayed on our website. Color, model, look etc. of the said prizes are subject to availability and We do not represent as to availability of any particular color, texture and/or look of such prizes.

4.2 Except as otherwise provided hereinabove, there is no cash alternative for all prizes set out in foregoing clause. Without limiting the generality of foregoing, upon declaration and award of the First Prize, the Second Prize, and the Third Prize, such prizes shall not be exchanged and/or replaced for any reason.

5 Terms of Disqualification :

5.1 Incase of any Participant using derogatory or defamatory or inappropriate communication in anyway, We reserve the right to pull down suchparticiaption.
5.2 No employee(s) or representative(s)from the Company, Directi Web Technology Provider, and/or any entity or person directly or indirectly associated with or affiliated to Endurance international group, and its affiliates is/are allowed to participate in the Contest (the “Prohibited Person”), if such Prohibited Person has registered with Us to participate in the Contest, then such Prohibited Person shall be deemed to be disqualified from the Contest and We reserve the right to remove the name of such Prohibited Person from the list of Participants.

5.3 We reserve the right to cancel and/or remove the entry of a participant if such participant has created multiple accounts with Us or has registered multiple times with Our website.
5.4 A minor, under the age of 18 years is not allowed to participate. However, as a minor if You wish to register with Us, such registration may be made by Your legal guardian or parents on the website provided by Us. We reserve the right to terminate Your account or registration and / or refuse to provide You with access to the Contest and Our website if it is brought to Our knowledge or if it is discovered that You are under the age of 18 (eighteen) years, and have not complied with the terms set out in this Clause 5.4
5.6 Violation of any and all terms and conditions of Clause set forth herein below.
