CREST CSB
CREST International Spell Bee (Summer 2020) is India’s first Online Spelling Assessment for classes 1-8 which assesses students on the basis of Meaning, Spelling and Pronunciation of the words in English language.
Related / Similar Olympiad : CREST Olympiads CSB 2021
Hence, it will help students to foster their lexical development which forms the basis of English language.
CSB Exam Schedule
** Practice 1 (Answer Key Dates) – 22nd/23rd/25th/26th/27th May 2020 (29th-30th May 2020)
** Practice 2 (Answer Key Dates) – 9th/10th/11th/12th Jun 2020 (16th-17th Jun 2020)
** Level 1 Exam (Answer Key Dates) – 24th Jul 2020 / 25th Jul 2020 / 26th Jul 2020 / 27th Jul 2020 (2nd-4th Aug 2020)
** Level 2 Exam (Answer Key Dates) – 18th Aug 2020 / 19th Aug 2020 (24th-25th Aug 2020)
How To Participate?
Registration of Students through schools :
Students from classes 1-8 are eligible to give CREST International Spell Bee. Prospectus containing the registration forms are sent to all schools registered with CREST Olympiads for Spell Bee exam.
If your school is not registered with us, then please send an email to info [AT] crestolympiads.com and we will send you the prospectus soon. It is mandatory for schools to return the registration forms to CREST Olympiads, duly filled in and complete in all respects by the due date.
For individual participants :
If your school does not conduct Spell Bee, then you can register as an individual participant as well.

Exam Fee
Exam fee for each subject is Rs. 225 for students studying and enrolling from India. For students studying and residing outside of India, the fee is $10 (US Dollars).
CSB Exam Levels
The exam consists of two sections
Section-1 : Spell Bee (55 minutes)
Section-2 : Rapid Fire (5 minutes)
Other Important Points :
** The assessments have been carefully designed by a team of English language experts.
** India’s first online proctored Spell Bee exam (Summer 2020).
** Online Rapid Fire round.
** Two levels of exam.
** Objective-type test that the students need to complete in 60 minutes.

Awards & Recognition
For students of classes 3-10 appearing for CEO, CSO and CMO exams, and for students of classes 1-8 appearing for CREST Spell Bee, the awards and recognition is as follows
** All students qualifying for Level 2 will be awarded with a merit certificate
** Top 40% students in Level 2 will be awarded with a medal and a merit certificate
** Overall Top 3 students from classes 1-10 for CREST Olympiads and from classes 1-8 for CREST Spell Bee will be awarded with Achiever’s Trophy and Merit certificate
** Every participant will be awarded a digital participation certificate. This will be available in the dashboard of the participant.
** If a student meets 2 or more criteria then he/she will qualify for a higher award
All the awards will be delivered to the participant’s school or residential address provided by the participant (or school on behalf of the participant) at the time of registration.
