Who Can Participate?

This Contest is organized by Viacom18 Media Pvt. Ltd. and is open to all individual participant who shall as on May 18, 2020

a. be between the age group of 2 years upto 20 years (both included)
b. have a valid proof Indian citizenship,
c. be permanent residents of India; and
d. be viewers of the channels “Nick HD+” (“Channel”);

Contest Period

The Contest shall commence at 5.00 PM on May 18, 2020 and shall conclude at 11.59 PM on June 18, 2020 (both dates inclusive) or on such date as decided by the Organizer.

How to Participate?

A Participant may participate in the Contest by following the below steps, during the Contest Period

Steps :
Step 1 : Log-on to the official Nick India website at the following link www.nickindia.com/loudyourfamily during the Contest Period.

Step 2 : Upload on the Contest Page, the wackiest picture of the Participant along with his/her family. Contest Image shall be in a high resolution JPEF/PNG format

Step 3 : The Participant will also be required to provide details such as Participant’s name, age, city, email id in the form provided therein.

Step 4 : Thereafter, Participant is required to click on the ‘SUBMIT’ or such other button/option provided therein whereby the Contest Submission will be submitted to the Organizer’s backend. Participants are required to follow the instructions provided on the Contest Page.

Selection Procedure

After the end of the Contest Period, the Organizer shall evaluate and shortlist 1 (one) Contest Submission. The Participant who has submitted the Shortlisted Contest Submission shall be selected for verification as Shortlisted Participant.

Verification

Before being considered and declared as a Winner, the Shortlisted Participant may be contacted anytime by Organizer on their e-mail id/contact number provided as determined by Organizer and such contacted Shortlisted Participant shall be required to immediately provide Organizer with such information

a) PAN card
b) Proof of identity cum permanent address proof – Aadhar card / Election card/Passport/ permanent Driver’s License
c) copy of NOC/consent of guardian/parent
d) Birth Certificate/Identify certificate from schools

Gratification

As gratification/prize for this Contest, Winner will be eligible to receive an animated version of their Contest Image on a canvas, which will also be featured on the Channel.

The animated version may also be featured by Organizer on other media platforms as solely determined by the Organizer.

Specific Representations & Warranties

Each Participant represents and warrants that;
a. his/her participation is voluntary with his/her own free will and consent and is not forced to participate in this Contest;
b. he/she have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
c. that he/she will comply with all the Rules associated with the Contest

d. the Contest Submission is and will be in adherence and compliance to all the, rules, terms, policy that have been published by Contest Page, along with any additions, modifications, renewals, revisions to the Contest Pages terms that may come into existence in the future.

e. the Contest Submission provided by the Participant shall not defame/offend any person, his/her family members including those who are featured in the image, sect, cast, etc and it shall not be obscene, vulgar, defaming, denigrating women, offensive/insensitive to animals, pets and/or to any person/human (whether living or dead), artist, celebrity or children, hurting religious/moral/social/political sentiments, depicting violence, or against the morality/public policy of India or/and the internal policies of the Organizer.

f. The Contest Image has been submitted as part of the Contest Submission with the unconditional and willful consent of his/her family members including those who are featured in the Contest Image.
