Contest Terms and Condition :

Following are the Terms and Conditions for #LoveTheBeetle (hereinafter “Contest” ) which is scheduled to begin on Friday 27th November 2015 and is organized by Volkswagen Group Sales India Private Limited (hereinafter “Volkswagen”).

The Contest starts on Friday, 30th November, 2015 and closes on 10th December, 2015.

1. Participation in the Contest is purely voluntary and participants are not required to pay any money for the participation in this Contest.
2. By visiting the Contest pages, entry and participation in this Contest on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, you are deemed to unconditionally accept these terms and Conditions along with Terms and conditions of facebook.com , twitter.com, Instagram.com and volkswagen.co.in, including any modifications thereof.
3. Volkswagen Group Sales India Private Limited and its Group Companies / Affiliates are not liable for comments, pictures or tweets made by any participant. All the views and suggestions belong to such participant and any comments submitted, published, shall be deemed to be personal views of the Participant and Volkswagen takes no responsibility and disclaims all liability in relation with the same.
4. The content made available on the Contest webpage is exclusively for personal use; no commercial usage of the content is permitted.
5. Each Participant represents and warrants that he/she is legally competent to participate in the contest and enter into binding contracts under applicable laws.

Participate by Commenting / Replying / Posting + Tagging on the Contest announcement post on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram. Don’t fail to mention ‘#LoveTheBeetle’ in your entry.

7. Participant shall not submit or distribute any tweet / comment / photo that:
a. Is illegal or encourages illegal activity or the discussion of illegal activities, including a Submission that is, or represents an attempt to engage in, child pornography, stalking, sexual assault, fraud, trafficking in obscene or stolen material, drug dealing and/or drug abuse, harassment, theft, or conspiracy to commit any criminal activity;
b. Is defamatory, abusive, harassing, threatening, or an invasion of a right of privacy of another person; is bigoted, hateful, or racially or otherwise offensive; is violent, vulgar, obscene, pornographic or otherwise sexually explicit; or otherwise harms any person or entity;
c. Infringes or violates any right of a third party including: (a) copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary or contractual rights; (b) right of privacy (specifically, you must not distribute another person’s personal information of any kind without their express permission) or publicity; or (c) any confidentiality obligation;
d. Is commercial, business-related or advertises or offers to sell any products, services or otherwise (whether or not for profit), or solicits others (including solicitations for contributions or donations);
e. Contains a virus or other harmful component, or otherwise tampers with, impairs or damages the Sites or any connected network, or otherwise interferes with any person or entity’s use or enjoyment of the Sites; or
f. Is antisocial, disruptive, or destructive.
g. Is unrelated to the designated topic or event.

8. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram is neither a sponsor nor affiliate of this contest.
9. Volkswagen reserves right to exclude any particular participant from the Contest at its sole discretion without providing any reasons thereof.

10. Prizes under the Contest:
Best entries get the chance to win passes for the Beetle launch party that will be organized in in the city of Mumbai:
** FACEBOOK – Maximum 30 (1+1) passes
** TWITTER – Maximum 40 (1+1) passes
** INSTAGRAM – Maximum 30 (1+1) passes

Note :
Winners will be chosen on Thursday, 10th December, 2015 and will receive (1+1) invites to the official 21st Century Beetle Launch Gig in Mumbai (to be held in December 2015). Volkswagen shall not be responsible or bear the expense for the travel arrangements of the winners. Winner shall organize their own travel arraignments.
