Milkbikis Meet Suriya Contest/Promo 2015 :

(i) These terms and conditions apply to the “MilkBikis Meet Suriya Promo” activation programme for the consumers sponsored and launched by Britannia Industries Ltd(hereinafter referred to as “BIL”) and partnered by Media2Win India Pvt. Ltd in the execution wherein child above 8 to 14 years of age duly represented and accompanied by parent or guardian above 18 years of age can participate by sending an SMS to 56677 OR by logging on to MilkBikis.in.

Competition Last Date : 15th December 2015

(ii) The Promo is valid for only South India States namely Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Kerala from 15th November 2015 to 15th December 2015 (herein after referred to as “Promo Period”).BIL/its agency reserves right to amend/extend the promo period and/or T&C without giving any prior notice/intimation. No claims/questions shall be entertained in this regard.

(iii) During the promo period 1 lucky winner will be selected everyday for 30 days who will get a chance to Meet Superstar SURIYA. The winners will be shortlisted on a random, scientific basis. Under any circumstances, there cannot be any exchange done for the opportunity to meet & greet.
(iv) The Promo is subject to all applicable central, state and local laws and regulations in India

Eligibility :

(i) This Promo will be open to all children between 8 to 14 years of age (duly accompanied by parent/guardian above 18 years of age) residing in Indian states of Andhra Pradesh,Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Kerala with the exception of employees, their immediate family members, agents, distributors, retailers and any other channel partners of BIL and the agency residing anywhere in India.
(ii) In order to be eligible for the daily opportunity, all shortlisted winners will be required to have valid school ID proof, accompanied with address and identity proof of their parents/guardians.
(iii) BIL or its Agency will not be responsible for any NDND (National Do Not disturb) Registry regulation that will come into play. All Participants who participate will agree as per the terms and conditions that even if they are registered under NDNC, DND (Do Not Disturb), BIL or its Agency will have all the authority to make promotional calls for the same Promo to such participants by virtue of them having voluntarily participated in the Promo.

Promo Period & Promo Timings & SKUs :

(i) The Promo will commence from midnight of 15th November 2015 till midnight of 15th December 2015.
(ii) The promo shall run on Rs.5 and Rs.10 SKU’s of “MilkBikis” biscuit as mentioned below with the promo flash on the packs. “MilkBikis Meet Suriya Contest” , biscuit without the promo flash on the pack shall not be eligible for this particular Promo.
(iii) BIL reserve right to amend the Promo Period and/or Promo Timing without giving any further notice. The decision of BIL on the promo shall be final and no communication in this regard shall be entertained.
(iv) The Participants can make an entry any time during the Promo Period but the Daily winner generation will be for the entries received on every day here in after referred as “Promo Timings”).
(v) If the participant sends an entry before15th November 2015 with a valid MilkBikis Meet Suriya biscuit with the promo flash, his/her entry may be considered for daily winner generation of 15th November.
(vi) Time of participation will be defined as the time at which the entry is received through the ‘SMS’mode or the ‘Online’ mode of participation as per the Agency Server. Entries coming after the completion of the Promo Period will not be considered for winner selection andno communication in this regard would be entertained.
(vii) One Participant can participate only 5 times in a day. Only 5 entries from the participant in a day will be termed as valid and will be taken into consideration for winner generation, rest of the entries will be termed as invalid.

Opportunity to Meet & Greet Superstar ‘Suriya ‘ :

(i) Every Day after the start of contest 1 lucky entry will be chosen from amongst all valid entries received via SMS and website on Agency internet server between 00:00 Hrs from start of the Day to 23:59 Hrs of end of the Day. This lucky winner will be chosen from all the valid entries and will get ” Meet and Greet with Superstar Suriya (Famous film actor).
(ii) The winner will be declared everyday from 15th November to 15th December and total of 30 winners will be selected to meet SURIYA
(iii) The selected winners will be announced everyday and contacted by the agency.
(iv) After the winner is shortlisted, he/she will be confirmed only after all the required documents are sent to the Agency as mentioned in (Contacting winners) below
(v) Once the winner is confirmed they will be given a Date, Time and Venue of Meet and Greet with Suriya.
(vi) The travel and stay arrangements of the participants to the Meet & Greet venue will be provided by BIL.
(vii) The winners should ensure their availability at the Venue on the given Date and Time. There will be no changes in the date and venue. No compensation will be provided to winners if they fail to ensure their availability for the Meet & Greet event.

How to Apply :

To participate in the Contest, Participant has to SMS the Lot Number given on MilkBikis pack to 56677 and follow the instruction to complete the participation

SMS route for Tamil Nadu :
(i) As a first step, Participants are required to send an SMS with the keyword ‘MBK’ followed by the Lot Number printed on the back panel of the pack to 56677 from any GSM or CDMA mobile phone. e.g. SMS MBK A019372 to 56677
(ii) After Participants SMS’s MBK followed by the Lot Number printed on the back of the pack to 56677 during the Promo Period they will get a question to answer via an SMS response.
(iii) Participants will be required to send SMS in the following format: ANSWER followed by their response to 56677 to complete participation.
(iv) After sending the SMS, Participant will get SMS with respect to the Promo.

SMS route for ROS (Rest of South) :
(i) As a first step, Participants are required to SMS MBK followed by the Lot Number given on MilkBikis pack to 56677 from any GSM or CDMA mobile phone.
(ii) Once Participant SMS’s the Lot Number to 56677, in response to that SMS, the Participant will receive an SMS with respect to the contest.
(iii) All SMS entries will be validated; however the Participant will stand a chance to be declared as a winner for the day subject to further scrutiny/verification to be done by the Agency Appointed by BIL as mentioned below.
(iv) Due to technical or non-technical reasons, in case the SMS is not considered as an entry for participation; the Agency or BIL will not be liable for the same.
(v) If the SMS is sent from a Landline in India/or any landline or mobile number outside India the SMS will not be treated as a valid entry and/or the Participant will not get SMS confirming entry.

BIL and the Partner Agency shall not be responsible for (including but not limited to):
** For any SPAM generated messages
** For the Operator Code not being displayed on the user’s mobile phones
** For any SMS message delivery failures
** Any lost, late or misdirected computer transmission or network, electronic failures or any kind of any failure to receive entries owing to transmission failures or due to any technical reason
** If the participant has registered himself to the DND of the telecom provider/ the participant has registered with National Do Not Call Registry/ Participant has specifically requested for not receiving messages for the specific campaign

Other conditions beyond its reasonable control :

Online route for Tamil Nadu :
(i) Participants can log on to MilkBikis.in and follow instructions on the website to participate in the Promo.
(ii) Participants will be required to enter the Lot number printed on the back of the pack as per instructions on the website, and their mobile and also answer a question in the format mentioned online to complete the participation.
(iii) There will be no charges for entries made online other than the charge to respective Internet Service Providers for the internet usage.
(iv) If the Participant logs on to the website after completion of the Promo Period, the Participant may be informed that the Promo Period is over and therefore no entries can be accepted.

Online route for ROS (Rest of South) :
(i) As a first step, Participants are required to log on to the Contest website MilkBikis.in and follow the instructions on the website to complete participation.
(ii) Participants will be required to enter the lot number printed on the pack as per instructions on the website, and their mobile and State in the format mentioned online.
(iii) There will be no charges for entries made online other than the charge to respective Internet Service Providers for the internet usage.
(iv) If the Participant logs on to the website after completion of the contest Period, the Participant may be informed that the Contest Period is over and therefore no entries can be accepted.
All Online entries will be validated; however the Participant will stand a chance to be declared as a winner for the day subject to further scrutiny/verification to be done by the Agency Appointed by BIL as mentioned below.

Winner Selection :

(i) A draw through scientific random selection will be conducted every day for selecting winners of each day as per below process
(ii) A draw for opportunity to meet& greet will be conducted on a daily basis and post that the winner will be contacted by the agency
(iii) Winner will be confirmed subject to the him/her satisfying the verification process of agency and upon submission of all relevant documents to Agency.
(iv) The opportunity cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. In the event that the winner is not available for the meet & greet event , then the participant shall loose the opportunity and under no circumstances BIL or its Agency shall be liable to make good for the same. Money will not be awarded in lieu of the meet & greet opportunity. Meet &greet opportunity must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. Any unused opportunity is not-transferable, non-redeemable for other goods or services and cannot be taken considered in exchange for cash.
(v) BIL or its Agencies shall not be liable if the said event does not happen due to an Act of God, Governmental action, Force Majeure circumstances and/or for anything happened beyond control of BIL/its Agency and shall not be liable to pay any compensation whatsoever for such losses.
(vi) Any participant of the promo who wins an opportunity to meet & greet during the promo Period shall not be eligible to win any further opportunity to meet & greet. Decision of BIL on this shall be final and binding.
(vii) The winner generation will be done on the basis of a Valid Lot number + Mobile number.

Contacting Winners :

(i) Once the winner is shortlisted every day, the Partner Agency appointed by BIL shall call on the number from which the SMS and web entry has been made to take the details.
(ii) In the event the shortlisted winner’s number is busy, unreachable, or he/she does not attend the call, two (2) more attempts will be made to reach the Participant on that day and/or the next day. If even on the third attempt, the Participant does not attend the call, or is unreachable, the Participant’s participation in the Promo comes to an end and the Participant’s entry stands canceled and Participant becomes ineligible to attend the meet & greet opportunity
(iii) In the event the shortlisted winner attends the call on either the second or third attempt, the procedure outlined in step (v) shall apply.
(iv) If any shortlisted winner remains unreachable even on the third attempt or is not interested in continuing in the Promo or is otherwise ineligible to participate, the Agency may conduct up to two (2) more random selections to shortlist a Participant. If even after a third random selection, no winner is selected, no opportunity to meet & greet shall be declared in respect of that particular day of the Promo.

(v) In case of all the criteria are fulfilled following documents and collateral will be require to be sent :
The original MIKLBIKIS Biscuit wrapper with the Lot Number that was entered while participating in the contest(Mandatory)

For Adult :
** PAN card
** Voter’s ID card
** Valid Driving License
** Valid Indian Passport

Employee ID card issued by Defense/ Govt. / Public sector undertaking :
** Aadhar Card
** Bank passbook.

For child between (8 to 14 years) :
** School Id Card

(vi) This will be referred to as Participation Package for the winner. The completed Participation Package needs to be sent by registered post with Acknowledgement Due to the address mentioned below or by courier so as to reach within 7 days of the call made by Agency to the selected winner
