Zee Marathi Shravan Aani Ticha Celebration

Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited is conducting a promotional activity named ‘Shravan Aani Ticha Celebration’ on the Company’s channel titled “Zee Marathi”, whereby the Company is providing an opportunity to the interested participant to submit their entries on the Channel’s Facebook Page, and get a chance to win the Gratification.

Activity Period

Activity shall be for a period from 10th August 2020 at 16.00 IST till 18thAugust 2020 at 24.00 IST

Who Can Participate?

1. Each Participant can be of any age group, however, should
(i) be a citizen residing in the state of Maharashtra;
(ii) have no criminal conviction;
(iii) not have an arrangement or a contract with any third party that prevents the Participant(s) from participating in the Activity.

2. For minor’s participation(s) i.e. kids below the age of 18 (eighteen) years of age), the parents/ legal guardians shall be allowed to submit Entry on behalf of their minor.

How to Participate?

The Company will post 6 posts on the Entry Platform in relation to different traditional costumes, in order to participate in the Activity the Participants will have to send his/her photographs in different costumes and attire in the comment box of the respective post on the Entry Platform alongwith the Activity hashtag “#CelebrateShravan #TichaCelebration” (“Photos”) with his/her personal details/information more particularly being (a) full name (b) age (c) city (d) mobile number and alternate mobile number within 24 hours.

Winner Announcement

** On selection of the Winner(s)by the Company, the Winner(s) shall be intimated by the Company and /or by any other agency on behalf of the Company by directly emailing on the email address from which the Winner while participating and submitting his/her Photos on the Entry Platform(s) or by calling on the mobile number provided.

** The Winner will be required to connect with the Company on the contact number/email id that shall be mentioned in the Intimation Email within 24 (twenty four) hours from the delivery of Intimation Email on the Winner’s email id.

Prizes

At the end of the Activity Period, on the basis of the Participant(s) having made a valid Entry on Entry Platform(s), the Company at its sole discretion shall select 3 Participants from each of the 6 categories i:e 18 Participants with the most creative Photos and each of the 18 Winners shall receive Amazon vouchers worth Rs.1000/-

Terms & Conditions

** The Company shall not be responsible in the event Entry is not received due to any technical error and/or connection failure and/or electricity failure and/or for any reason whatsoever.

** In case the Winner fails to revert to the Company within the aforesaid timelines, the selection of that particular Winner shall be invalidated and the Company at its sole discretion may select another Winner from amongst the eligible Participants.

** Family members and relatives of the employees of the Company and their group companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, holding companies are not eligible to participate in the Activity.

** The Gratification given to the Winner(s) by the Company is non-transferrable and non-exchangeable.
** No dispute shall be entertained with regards to the selection criteria. Decisions of the Company shall be final and binding on the Participant(s).

** Each Winner(s) may have to sign any release form or other relevant document as required by the Company in order to receive the Gratification from the Company.
