Airport Selfie Contest 2015 Terms & Conditions :

1. Click a selfie with the Urban Ladder chair(s) kept at the airport, and share it on your Facebook, Twitter or Instagram page with the hashtags #TheChairAffair and #UrbanLadder to get a chance to win the chair from Urban Ladder.

2. Contest start date : 15 Nov 2015. Contest end date : 15 Dec 2015.

3. One winner will be chosen from the entries submitted.
4. The contest is open only to Indian residents residing in the cities – Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Bangalore, Ambala, Panchkula, Chandigarh, Mohali, Chennai, Delhi, Gurgaon, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Noida, Greater Noida, Hyderabad, Secunderabad, Jaipur, Kochi, Kolkata, Mangalore, Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Pune, Surat, Vadodara and Visakhapatnam.
5. A person is allowed to have more than one entry. Spammy, obscene or inflammatory pictures or comments will lead to immediate disqualification.
6. In case the product is unavailable, a product of equal value will be awarded. There will be no cash rewards.
7. Entries received after the contest window closes will not be entertained.
8. The winners will be decided by the Urban Ladder team and that decision will be final.
9. Results will be announced on Facebook and the winner will get intimated via Facebook message (or email, if available)

10. Urban Ladder reserves the right at any time, with or without cause, to:
** change the terms and conditions of this contest
** decide the winners of this contest
** deny or terminate a user’s participation in this contest
** terminate the contest

11. Urban Ladder reserves the right to use the submitted text and picture without any compensation. We may use the submitted picture on our Facebook page or newsletter or the website or in other promotional material.
12. We will not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent. The information provided will only be used to identify you and your contribution as your own.
13. Participants must agree not to post or provide any content that belongs to any person other than themselves unless they first obtain permission to do so, and to grant to us the rights granted in this agreement, from that person.
14. Every participant must agree and undertake to participate in this contest only to post and upload messages or photographs that are proper. 15. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree and undertake that when participating in this contest, you will not:

** upload files that contain software or other material protected by intellectual property laws unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents; you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents;
** upload or distribute files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of the Website or another’s computer;
** violate any code of conduct or other guidelines, which may be applicable for or to any particular Service;
** violate any applicable laws or regulations for the time being in force in or outside India.

16. Urban Ladder employees and relatives of the employees are not eligible to participate in this contest
