Ujjivan Garba Premier League Contest

The “Ujjivan Garba Premier League” is conducted by Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Limited

Contest Period

The Contest commences on 22th Oct 2020 at 00:00 HRS IST and ends on 30th Oct 2020 23:59 HRS IST.

Who Can Participate?

** “Participant”! “You”! “Your”! “He”/ “She” shall mean Indian citizens residing in India and aged 18 years and above on the contest start date and who participates in the Contest.

** The Participant can either be a Customer of Bank or a Non-Customer.

Note :
** Employees of the Bank, its group company as well as their immediate family members and any other parties directly involved in organising, promoting or conducting the Contest are not eligible to participate/win in the Contest.

How to Participate?

** The Participant is not required to pay any entry fee and/or no purchase is necessary to participate in the Contest.

** In order to submit an entry in the Contest, a Participant has to provide his/her details and upload a video of performing dandiya/garba (dance) on the contest link communicated by the Bank, during the contest period.

** The duration of such video shall not exceed 2 minutes.

Note :
A Participant shall post his/her entry on the contest link and only such entries submitted on the link will be considered valid. Posting entries through any other medium will not be considered as valid entry.

Winners Announcement

** This Contest is based purely on the skill/creativity/entertainment value of the Participant’s entry and chance plays no part in the determination of the Winners. Winners will be selected at the sole discretion of Bank and its internal jury.

** Winners will be announced by the Bank through a wall post on the official Facebook page (www.facebook.com/UjjivanSmallFinanceBankLimited) and Instagram page (www.instagram.com/ujjivanbank) of the Bank, within 12 working days from the contest end date.

Prizes

** There will be a total of 20 (twenty) winners selected under the Contest. Each Winner is eligible to win one Amazon e-voucher worth Rs. 250/-(Rupees Two Hundred and Fifty Only) (“Prize”) during the contest period.

Terms & Conditions

** A participant may submit his/her entry under any of the categories including Best Dancer Male, Best Dancer Female, Best Dancer Couple, Best Dancer Kid and Best Dancer Senior Citizen.

** The Participant shall not do the following while posting any entry
(a) use multiple names to post entries;
(b) post duplicate, or near duplicate entries;
(c) post multiple entries in a single day; and
(d) post similar entries over multiple names.

** All winners are subject to verification, including without limitation, verification of eligibility through checks as deemed appropriate by Bank and complete compliance with these Terms; Bank reserves the right to verify the winner’s details and the winner shall provide all necessary assistance in such verification.

In exercising this right, Bank may ask the winner to provide any documentary or other form of evidence/ID/Address Proof, an evidence does not establish the same then the Bank, in its sole discretion, will have the right to disqualify the winner.

** Subject to verification, the e-voucher shall be sent by the Bank to the Participant on the email id/mobile number shared by the Participant at time of submitting entry on the contest link.

** E-Vouchers are valid for a period of 6 (six) months from the date of issue or the same will be mentioned on them explicitly and the said voucher has to be redeemed within the specified period.
