Department of Military Affairs, Ministry of Defence, invites Logo Designs from Indian Citizens.

Who Can Participate?
The contest is open for Indian Citizen only.
How to Participate?
All entries must be submitted through creative corner section of www.mygov.in. Entries submitted through any other medium / mode would not be considered for evaluation.
Steps:
Step-1 : Go to the link given above.
Step-2 : Click on “Login to Participate”
Step-3 : Enter your Email ID (or) Mobile Number and
Step-4 : Enter your Password to Login.
Step-5 : After Login, you can submit your entries.
Note :
New User, Register First to Participate in the Competition.
Guidelines
Contestants are requested to adhere to following guidelines while designing the logo
** Logo should be so designed that participation of all three Services i.e., Indian Army, Indian Navy and Indian Air Force be depicted.
** Logo should commemorate the achievements of our Armed Forces rather than mocking/maligning our adversary.
** Weapon/equipment, if depicted in logo, should be the one in use by the Indian Armed Forces during 1971 War.
** All quotes used in the logo to be bilingual (English and Hindi)
Prize
The winning logo will be awarded a cash price of Rupees 50,000/-.
Terms & Conditions
** Each entry should be accompanied by a brief written explanation of the Logo and how best it encapsulates its essence.
** Each participant can submit ONLY one entry. The submission of entry is free.
** The logo design must be original and should not violate any provision of the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 or the Intellectual Property Rights of any third party.
The logo should not have been previously published in any print and digital media and must not contain any provocative, objectionable or inappropriate content.
** Plagiarism of any nature is not allowed. Anyone found infringing on others copyright would be disqualified from the contest.
** All entries are governed by the provisions of Emblems and Names (Prevention of improper use) Act, 1950 and any violation of the said Act will result in disqualification.
** The participant should make sure that his/ her MyGov profile is accurate and updated for further communication. This include details such as name, latest photo, country declaration, complete postal address, email ID and phone number etc. Entries with incomplete profiles would not be considered.
** The responsibility to comply with the Submission of entries, Competition Technical Criteria and Selection Process fully lies with the participant (s) and MyGov shall not be answerable to any dispute raised by a third party.
** All entries will be property of Government of India and may use entries as and when required.
** In case of any issue/ clarification etc only the English version shall be followed.
Winner Declaration
The winner will be declared through email or by way of announcing his/ her name on the MyGov blog page. Once a winner is declared, he/she will need to revert through email within three working days or else another winner will be chosen.
Last Date
The last date of submission of entries is 11 November 2020.
