Eligibility

The contest is open all individual participants who
(i) are above 18 (eighteen) years of age; and
(ii) have a valid social media accounts on either Facebook, Instagram and/or valid Twitter account;

Contest Period

The Contest shall commence from 17th December 2020 and shall conclude on 25th December 2020.

How to Participate?

To participate in the Contest, the participants (“Participants”) will be required to log on to either their social media accounts where the contest related post/ questions are located on official social media accounts of MTV Beats

Mode of Participation :
a. Follow the official social media accounts of MTV Beats i.e. @MTVBeats, if not already following;

b. Contest Question might be uploaded on any social media handles of MTV Beats in form of either posts/ stories/ polls etc during the Contest Period and Participants can participate by commenting, replying to stories and/or polls on respective Contest Question (“Contest Answers”);

c. The Contest Answer will be considered valid only if the same is response to respective Contest Question and submitted strictly in compliance with the Contest terms and conditions and other instructions of the Organizer as communicated from time to time.

Selection Process

** The Organizer shall have right to choose 9 (nine) Contest winners from the most creative Contest Answers received to the Contest Question and announce them as the winners of said Contest

** Further, in the event that there is a tie between the number of Contest Answers that are provided by any of the Participants, the Organizer shall, at its sole discretion, choose the Winners based on the first come basis.

** After the Winners are notified of their win, the Winners will be required to provide requisite details and/or documents as may be required by the Organizer.

Prize

Each Winners gift idea/ suggestions along with the winner names and their city would be featured on MTV Beats channel and/or on MTV Beat’s social media handles

Terms & Conditions

** The Prize shall not be transferable, negotiable and/or redeemable for cash. No request shall be entertained by the Organizer in this behalf. Only the Winner and no other person can claim the Prize for or on behalf of the Winner.

** Employees (including their immediate family) of the Organizer, its affiliates and associates and sponsors, are not permitted to participate in the Contest.

** To enable registration of a Participant and/or to make the Prize available to the Winners, personally identifiable information which shall include without limitation name, complete address, date of birth, citizenship details, passport details, email id, phone numbers/ twitter /Instagram/ facebook/ etc handle/ account name, display images etc. of the Participants/Winner will be collected by the Organizer

** The Personal Information of the Winners shall be provided by the Organizer to others assisting the Organizer in this regard, including its affiliates, associates, authorities, agents, sponsors, employees, prize suppliers, distributors, deliverers and service providers
