Prank a friend, and upload a short video up to a minute or picture of your epic prank for a chance to become a ‘Perk Masti Millionaire’.

Scope of the Campaign

Perk ‘Masti Millionaire’ Campaign requires participants to create a masti prank video or static image and upload it on the microsite link provided in the Company’s promotional assets i.e. promotional packs of Cadbury Perk.

Campaign Period

This Campaign will commence from 1st January 2021 at 12.00 am (IST) and end on 28th Feb, 2021, 11:59.59 pm (IST). The entries should be submitted within the Campaign Period.

Entries coming after the completion of the Campaign Period will not be considered for winner selection and no communication in this regard would be entertained.

Campaign Eligibility

You need to fulfil the following eligibility criteria to participate in the Campaign
** You should be an individual, citizen of India and legal resident of Republic of India.
** You should be of an age 18 years or above on the date of participation.

** Employees of Mondelez and their immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren), and that of their affiliates and advertising agents are not eligible to participate in or avail of any benefit under the Campaign.

** It is hereby clarified that this Campaign doesn’t mandate use of our product Perk for participation.

How to Participate?

** Participants need to submit their prank video or static image on the microsite
** Only the entries submitted on the microsite will be eligible for participation in the contest.

** Mondelez will hold the rights to use the participants entries to promote on their social media pages. All Participants need to agree and give consent by ticking the terms and conditions box on the microsite.

Prizes & Winning Mechanism

** There will be only 1 winner who will be eligible for the mega prize of Rs.10 Lakhs.
** 20 shortlisted entries will get Rs 10 thousand Amazon vouchers and 20 shortlisted entries will get Rs 5 thousand Amazon vouchers.

** The winner will be contacted through the personal details provided on the microsite.

** Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Eligible entries are ones that satisfy the eligibility criteria outlined above and follow the steps outlined in the sections above in these T&Cs.

** The winner and shortlisted entries will be announced on our Social Media Pages and will be contacted on the personal details provided on the microsite.

** Mondelez reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Participants (including a Participant’s identity, PAN, Aadhar Number, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any Participant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these T&Cs or who tampers with the entry process/ in case the Participant is not abiding by the rules of the Campaign or provides incorrect information.

General Conditions

** In the event of death of Winner, no nominees or heirs or any other person shall be eligible to the Prize and no claim from the nominee or his/her legal heirs of the Winner or any other person shall be entertained for receiving the Prize.

** All the disputes/complaints/queries, if any, shall be entertained only within 10 days of the Campaign getting over. Any winner coming to Mondelez with any disputes/complaints/queries 10 days after the Campaign is over shall not be considered for resolution.

** Nothing contained herein amounts to a commitment or representation by Mondelez to conduct further Campaigns.
** The Campaign is valid for residents in India only who are citizens.

** If a person eligible to participate in the Contest chooses to access the weblink for the Contest from outside India, he/she shall do so on his/her own initiative and shall be responsible for compliance with applicable local laws of the country.
