The Contest shall be hosted on SPN’s official Facebook page with the URL facebook.com/SonySportsIndia and the official Twitter page with the URL https://twitter.com/SonySportsIndia

Contest Period

The Contest will be held on the Websites from January 23, 2021 through February 18, 2021

Eligibility

1. The Contest is open for residents of Delhi, Chandigarh, Mumbai, Pune and Bangalore only who access the Websites from an IP address located in the aforesaid cities.

For purposes of clarity, residents of the aforesaid cities accessing the Websites from a foreign IP address shall not be eligible to participate in the Contest.

2. Non-resident Indians are not eligible for participation in the Contest even if they participate by accessing the Websites from an IP address located in the aforesaid cities.

3. The Contest is open only for Users in locations where SPN’s restaurant partner has delivery capabilities.
4. The User is of legal drinking age (25 years).
5. The User has an active cable connection with subscription to SPN’s channel Sony Ten 2.

How to Participate?

Users interested in participating in the Contest will have to answer correctly the question displayed on SPN’s sports channels by posting the answer on the Websites with the hashtag #FanTasticFanHunt tagging the handle @SonySportsIndia

Alternatively, Users may give a missed call on the number appearing beside the question following which the Users will receive an option to enter the answer.

Winner Selection

At the end of the Contest Period, SPN, at its sole discretion, shall select One Hundred and Fifty (150) winners by random selection process from among the User(s) who have answered correctly the Question.

SPN reserves the right to select the Winners of the Contest and such decision shall be final and binding on the Users. The Winners will be announced on the Websites as per the following schedule

a. February 6, 2021 – 50 (Fifty) Winners;
b. February 16, 2021 – 50 (Fifty) Winners; and
c. February 17, 2021 – 50 (Fifty) Winners.

Prizes

The Winners of the Contest shall stand a chance to
(i) be invited for a virtual viewing party for a football match (a total of 3 viewing parties are being organized for three different football matches); and
(ii) receive food and beverages on the day of the match

Terms & Conditions To Claim The Prize

1. To claim the Prize, the Winners must have valid proof of identity, age and address or any other document (such as vendor registration forms, PAN, Passport, etc.) as may be required by SPN at its sole discretion.

2. The name of the Winners will be announced via post under the account name facebook.com/SonySportsIndia or via a tweet under the account name https://twitter.com/SonySportsIndia

3. The Winners will have to send a direct message to facebook.com/SonySportsIndia or https://twitter.com/SonySportsIndia , as applicable, with their name, telephone no, postal address, e-mail address and photo ID proof within a period of 48 hours from the announcement of the Winners on the Websites, failing which SPN and/or its affiliates may select another Winner.

In the event successful contact with the Winner is not established (i.e. in case the message is not delivered, the Winner does not see the message and revert within 48 hours), that Winner shall not be considered for the Prize and SPN and/or its affiliates may choose any other Winner at its sole discretion.

Other Terms & Conditions

** While accepting the Prize, the Winner may be required to sign an “indemnity and release of claims” form provided by SPN, as the case may be, which shall release SPN of all liability.

Failure to complete and sign any documents requested by SPN may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate Winner. All decisions of SPN are final in this regard.

** Mere participation in the Contest does not entitle the User(s) to win a Prize.

** The Prize will be awarded to the Winners pursuant to verification and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The risk and title in the Prize vests in the Winner.

** Prize is not transferable, assignable or exchangeable. The Prize cannot be negotiated or refunded, and by no means will cash equivalent be given. Only the Winner, and no other person or agent, may claim the Prize.

** Non-conformance by any User and /or Winner of the Contest will result in immediate disqualification of the User/Winner from participation or winning the Prize as the case maybe.
