Contest Period

Samsung Happy Shopping Contest is starting from 30th January 2021 to 26th March 2021.

Eligible Participants

This Contest shall be valid for select customers who receive the Contest communication on their registered Email or Mobile Number or through any other media/mode of communication, confirm their participation and register under Smart Club Program through the link provided in the Contest communication during the Contest Period.

Note :
This Contest is not available to
(i) Bulk/ Commercial customers
(ii) purchases made on E-commerce websites/ applications

(iii) Institutional customers
(iv) Samsung Dealers (including their family members, employees – direct or indirect) and

(v) Samsung Experience Consultants engaged at Samsung Smart Café and Samsung Smart Plaza or any others excluded by terms and conditions laid out by Smart Club Program on Smart Club page.

How It Works?

** Please enter your mobile number (registered with Smart Club) in the given text box and accept the terms and conditions given below.

** Click on the Submit button to confirm your participation in the #HappyShopping contest. You will be automatically redirected to the Samsung E-Catalogue page where you can explore Samsung products.

** You will be eligible to take part in this contest upon a minimum purchase of Rs. 5000 from Samsung Exclusive Stores.
** This contest will be held during the last week of March 2021. Five lucky winners will be chosen randomly and rewarded with a Rs.10000 coupon.

Selection Process

** Every Eligible Participant who is a new registrant under the Smart Club Program shall be eligible for a lucky draw that will be conducted on a weekly basis out of the total valid weekly new registrations received during the Contest Period.

** There shall be six (06) weekly draws only for the participants who are new registrants under the Smart Cub Program that shall be conducted during the Contest Period. There shall be a total of thirty (30N) weekly winners, five (05N) per week.

** Winners in any of six weekly draws will not be part of subsequent draws, however, all new registrants of previous draws will automatically be part of the next weekly lucky draw.

Prizes

** Every participant who is an existing member under the Program or a new registrant, if purchases any Samsung product, of a minimum value of Rs. 5000.00, during the Contest Period will be eligible for a bumper lucky draw that will be conducted at the end of the Contest Period. There shall be a total of five (05N) Bumper draw winners.

** Weekly winners (i.e. who will be new registrants) shall be eligible to receive Smart Club Coupon worth INR 2500.00 every week. Bumper draw winners will be eligible for Smart Club Coupon worth Rs. 10000.00. One winner shall receive only one coupon.

** Smart Club Coupon awarded to winners will be valid till 31st December 2021 irrespective of date of issuance and can be redeemed on the purchase of any Samsung product from select Samsung Smart Café(s) or Samsung Smart Plaza(s).

Terms & Conditions

** Enrollment into Smart Club program is mandatory to avail the benefits of this Contest.
** Products shall be available subject to stock availability.

** Samsung reserves the right to disallow redemption of coupon(s) in the event of suspicious/ fraudulent redemption including but not limited to attempt(s) of redemption by person other than Smart Club member who received coupon codes.

** By Participating in the Contest, it means that the Participant has given its consent to Samsung and/or its third party agency (whether located in India or Outside) to contact them through call, SMS or email with respect to this Contest and shall not make any claim or raise any complaint against them.

** Decision of Samsung in relation to the Contest and matter incidental thereto shall be final and binding on the Participant. All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India.
