Elecrama Engineer Infinite EI16 2016 :

EI16 (Short form of Engineer Infinite 2016) is the Student Project Competition to be held in conjunction with ELECRAMA 2016 exhibition to be held from 13th to 17nd February 2016 at Bangalore International Exhibition Centre, Bengaluru.

The ethos of “Engineer Infinite” is the limitless possibilities that present themselves in the Electrical Energy sector, especially in India. It wakes you, the young students in this sector, up to the challenges faced and therefore to the countless ways in which these challenges can be met.

Guideline :

** Type or Project: Relevant to electrical energy sector, application oriented, working model or a simulation
** Branches: All branches of Engineering & Technology
** Courses and Year of Class :3rd year upwards for Diploma, Bachelor Degree and Integrated Masters/Dual Degree; Any year for Masters, Ph D and PG Diploma
** Institutions : Institutions that commenced these courses in 2006-07 or earlierCourse work projects are eligible

How to Participate :

** Register as individual
** Form & register your team (max 5 members)
** Register project
** Prepare project abstract (synopsis)
** Upload before due date

** 1ST PRIZE 2,00,000
** 2ND PRIZE (TWO) 1,00,000 each
** 3RD PRIZE (THREE) 50,000 each

FINANCIAL GRANT for Prototype building and Assistance for Travel to the exhibition (both students and faculty guide) – to projects selected for display

CERTIFICATIONS to the Students, Faculty Guide and the institutions.

Important Dates :

** Last date by which entries are to be received: October 18, 2015 (Sunday)
** Opening of Upload of Abstracts and attachments: September 01, 2015 (Tentative)
** ‘Grant List’ of projects to be announced: Nov 24, 2015
** Last date for receipt of revised project progress plan (if revised): December 01, 2015
** First Instalment of Grant Amount to be released by: December 18, 2015
** Project progress reports to be received by December 07, December 27, 2015 and January 27, 2016
** Last date for proto type to be ready: February 09, 2016
** Arrival at Bengaluru for final display – latest by February 12, 2016.
** Final display and evaluation at ELECRAMA during: February 13 to 17, 2016
** Announcement of Winners and Prize distribution: February 16, 2016 (tentative- exact date will be informed to selected participants on arrival at Bengaluru)
