All India Drawing Competition :

Navneet Master Stroke is an exclusive drawing competition that offers students from Nursery to Class 10, an opportunity to showcase their creativity on national scale. Last year, over 10 lakh students from 5200+ schools participated in this mega competition.

For this year’s participation, Online Registration last date will be 15th August,2015. Each school must complete the school level competition which is to be held in the school campus before 15th August, 2015. The winners of this stage will go on to compete at district, state and national level.

How to Participate:

** The competition will be conducted strictly through schools. No individual entry will be accepted.
** Schools which have already participated in last year’s Master Stroke Competition can register online with their assigned School ID and follow the instructions. The existing information about these schools can be updated if required.
** Schools which are participating for the first time, need to fill a simple online registration form.
** Total groupwise participation data should be uploaded by all schools on the website by 15th August,2015.

Judging Process:

** School winners will be decided by school drawing teachers. They have to choose one best entry from each group to compete for the District Level competition.
** Last date for submitting School Level entry is 25th August,2015.
** The Navneet representative will collect all these entries and submit at the Navneet Premise.
** From these entries, District Level winners will be decided by a panel of judges at Navneet Education Limited.
** Schools of District Level winners will be informed for the State Level drawing competition by 15th September,2015 and the competition will be conducted before 15th October, 2015 at the school premise.
** All schools will have to send their State Level participating entry to – Navneet Master Stroke 2015, Navneet Education Limited, Stationery Division, Navneet House, Gurukul Road, Opp.Vijaya Bank, Memnagar, Ahmedabad – 380052.
** The last date of submission for the State Level participating entry will be 20th October,2015.
** Final round will be conducted in December,2015.
** Navneet will inform the winners and their schools about the Final Round and will also provide transportation, lodging and meals facility to winners and their guardians (only one guardian is allowed with each winner of the Final Round).
** There will be no substitute for the winners if they are not able to appear for the Final Round for whatsoever reason.
** Final Round judging will be done on the spot and trophies shall be awarded to the winners. 1st prize and 1st & 2nd runner-up prizes will be rewarded to each of the three groups. There will be a total of 3 mega prizes and 6 runner-up prizes.

Rules:

Below are some important details every participating school must read.

General:
** Student can participate by drawing on the last page of the Drawing Book ( School ID – Mandatory ).
** Schools below 100 students participants won’t be eligible for the Hampers & Drawing teachers gifts . But students will get the opportunity to go further for next District level .
** Schools will receive the gifts ( Hampers & Drawing teachers gift ) , only after submission of the SCHOOL WINNERS / HAMPERS WINNERS ( ENVELOPE ) & actual entries as well to our sales representative.
** School level competitions must be conducted before 15th August, 2015.
** This year participation is valid through drawing book page only, fun coupon is not valid for participation.

Instructions for Teachers:

Registration Process:
** If your school has participated in last year’s Master Stroke , you will need to login using your School ID (Navneet representative will be there to assist you in this process). We have sent you one time password on your registered email id or mobile number and using this password, you can login again and update information for participation in the year 2015.
** If your school is participating for the first time, all you need to do is fill a simple online registration form.
** Once your school has registered, you may conduct the competition at your convenience. Last date for conducting the competition in schools is 15th August, 2015.

Post Competition Process:
The role of the drawing teachers of each school is as follows:
** Select groupwise hamper winners in ratio 40:1 (For every group, Navneet will provide 1 gift hamper on every 40 physical entries in the School Level competition).
** Pick 1 school winner from each group.
** Update groupwise details of actual number of participants.

Drawing teachers are requested to keep all entries separately in the following order :
** Groupwise hamper winners
** Groupwise school winners
** All the entries from 3 Groups (other than hamper winners & school winners)

The above mentioned entries will be collected by a Navneet representative once your school is done hosting the competition.

Schools below 100 students participants won’t be eligible for the Hampers & Drawing teachers gifts . But students will get the opportunity to go further for next District level.

Terms & Conditions:

** All prizes and rewards are non-transferable and non-encashable.
** All drawing entries received will be the property of Navneet Education Limited (NEL).
** Navneet Master Stroke 2015 is a property of NEL. NEL reserves the right to make any modification, addition, omission or alteration in the competition without any prior notice.
** The final decision on winner selection would be of NEL’s designated judging panel.
** The images of the mega prizes shown in the Prizes section are indicative only.
** The Company reserves the undisputable rights to the brand, size, make and model of the indicative prizes.
