Disney Hot Dog Dance Contest 2015:
Process:
** Record your child dancing to the Hot Dog song. Play the video by clicking on the ‘HOT DOG SONG’ tab above. Record the video preferable in horizontal format (HD format preferred).
** Upload the video on Youtube
** Click on the Register tab, fill in the details and submit the YouTube link.
** If your video gets selected, the Disney team will get in touch with you.
** Avoid shaking or turning the camera when the recording is going on for better results.

Rules:
** Please ensure that no brand name products and posters are displayed in the background of the video.
** Please avoid featuring clothing with any brand logos.
** Ensure that the video footage is clear and your child is centered in the video.
** We want to keep your kid safe! Only upload videos of your own child.

Terms & Conditions:
The entry terms (“Entry Terms”) to the contest conducted by UTV Entertainment Television Limited (“UETL”), known as the “Disney Hot Dog Dance Contest” (“Contest”) are in addition to the Global Terms of Use and the Supplemental Terms to the Global Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and the Addendum to Privacy Policy – for India (collectively, “TOUs” which are available on http://www.disney.in/. In the event of any conflict between the Entry Terms and the TOUs, the Entry Terms below shall prevail.

1. Entry to the Contest is open only for Indian residents above the age of 18 (eighteen) years (“Participants”). Participants may participate in the Contest only through a single entry during the Registration Period (as defined below) in the manner as set out below. Multiple entries from a Participant are not permitted. Directors, officers and employees of UETL, participating sponsor(s) of the Contest or any of their respective affiliate companies, subsidiaries, agents, professional advisors, advertising and promotional agencies, associate vendors and immediate families of each are not eligible to enter the Contest.

2. Registration for the Contest shall be open and valid only from 30th May 2015 to 30th June 2015 (“Registration Period”).

3. Participants may enter the Contest in the following manner:
(a) Recording a video of their child (or children) dancing to the Hot Dog song available on www.disney.in (“Video”);
(b) Uploading the Video on the Participant’s own YouTube page; and
(c) Registering on https://web.archive.org/web/20150608004748/http://events.disney.in:80/hddc/ (“Website”), by filling the registration form available on the Website including a link to the Video.

4. By registering on the Website, Participants hereby represent and warrant that:
(a) The Video shall not contain any material that is pornographic, obscene or discriminatory (including without limitation racial, gender or religious slurs) and/or constituting statements of hatred; or statements designed to incite violence or hatred, or threats to cause bodily harm, or any illegal or unlawful content, or content that is known to be false or misleading;
(b) The Hot Dog song used by Participants in the Video is the Hot Dog song made available on https://web.archive.org/web/20150608004748/http://events.disney.in:80/hddc/
(c) Nothing contained in the Video shall violate the intellectual property rights of any third party;
(d) The Video does not contain any content that promotes commercial products and/or the services of any third party;
(e) The Participant owns or has the necessary releases and permissions as required (including without limitation, location releases, if applicable), without the need for payment to any other person or entity, to use and exploit, and to authorize UETL to use and exploit, the Video in any manner;
(f) The Video does not contain any content that gains or would gain access to any other person’s computer, software, or data or otherwise threaten another person’s privacy, without the knowledge and consent of such person or otherwise contain destructive code; and
(g) The Participant shall not post any information that identifies any third party in the Video and / or on the Website without the prior consent of such third party.

5. Participants acknowledge that their Video will use and/or otherwise feature the Hot Dog song (© Disney) and therefore UETL grants the Participant a one-time, limited, non-sub-licensable, non-exclusive, license to create their Video using the Hot Dog song for the purpose of participating in the Contest only. All intellectual property rights in the Hot Dog song shall at all times remain with UETL (and/or its affiliates) and the Participants shall not make any claims to the same.

6. Participants further agree and acknowledge that the license granted by UETL is conditioned upon the Participant’s grant of license of their Video to UETL.

7. Upon the successful registration on the Website, UETL shall at its sole discretion, select a maximum of 25 (twenty five) of the most unique and creative Videos uploaded during the Registration Period (“Winners”).

8. At UETL’s sole and absolute discretion, Winners shall be granted an opportunity to have their Videos featured on the Disney Junior channel and/or on the Disney India YouTube channels and/or the Disney India Facebook page. These Videos may be featured in its original form or as edited and/or combined with other videos, for promotional purposes or otherwise as UETL may deem fit. All decisions of UETL shall be final and binding and no correspondence shall be entered into on any decision made by UETL in this regard. The Winners’ entitlement in the aforesaid manner shall be subject to the signing of appropriate licenses, releases and/or any other documentation as may be required by UETL in its sole and absolute discretion.

9. Winners shall be contacted by authorized representatives of UETL via telephone and/or email.

10. UETL shall select Winners as provided for in Paragraphs 3, 4 and 5 and at its sole and absolute discretion. All decisions of UETL shall be final and binding and no correspondence shall be entered into on any decision made by UETL in this regard.

11. Participants agree that the Contest and their entry to the Contest are subject to and wholly compliant and consistent with the YouTube Terms of Service and YouTube Community Guidelines. Entries of Participants that do not comply with the YouTube Terms of Service and YouTube Community Guidelines shall be disqualified from the Contest.

12. It is clarified that YouTube is not a sponsor of the Contest and Participants hereby release YouTube from all liability related to the Contest.

13. Miscellaneous:
Participants agree to be bound by these Terms and by the decisions of UETL, which are final and binding in all respects. UETL reserves the right to change these Entry Terms at any time, in its sole discretion, and to suspend or cancel the Contest or any Participant’s participation in the Contest. Participants who violate the Entry Terms, tamper with the operation of the Contest or engage in any conduct that is detrimental or unfair to UETL, the Contest or any other Participants (in each case as determined in UETL’s sole and absolute discretion) are subject to disqualification. UETL reserves the right to lock out persons whose eligibility is in question or who have been disqualified or are otherwise ineligible to enter the Contest.

14. General Release:
By entering the Contest, Participants on their own accord and on behalf of their participating family members indemnify UETL, participating sponsors and any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agencies from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Contest.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:
These Entry Terms and the Contest are subject to the laws of India, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.

16. None of the above paragraphs limits any other.
