#FigoAspire Contest 2015:
Overview of the Contest:
Click yourself (selfie) with the Figo Aspire and caption the picture from the Roadshow display conducted in 2 cities viz. Hyderabad and Bhopal and submit photo by tagging Ford India Facebook Page or @FordIndia Twitter handle and mentioning the hashtag #FigoAspire.

Contest Duration:
This Contest starts from 27th June 2015, 9 am and ends at 2 pm on 29th June 2015 IST (Indian Standard Time). Ford India reserves the right to extend or shorten the Contest duration at its sole discretion.

How to Enter:
Contest:
** Click yourself with the Figo Aspire and caption the picture from the Roadshow display conducted in the above mentioned 2 cities viz. Hyderabad and Bhopal and submit photo by tagging Ford India Facebook Page or @FordIndia Twitter profile mentioning the hashtag #FigoAspire.

Methodology:
** Contestant needs to click a selfie with the Figo Aspire and caption it
** Contestant needs to submit his entry on Facebook by tagging Ford India Facebook page or on Twitter by tagging @FordIndia Twitter handle
** Contestant also needs to mention the hashtag #FigoAspire while sharing his entry
** 3 winners each will be chosen from across 2 cities viz. Hyderabad and Bhopal

Additional Contest Requirements, Features and Procedures:
** The Contest requires Contestants to click a selfie with the Figo Aspire from the roadshow happening in their city and caption it
** The Contestant needs to submit his/her entry by tagging Ford India Facebook Page (facebook.com/FordIndia) or @FordIndia Twitter Profile https://twitter.com/FordIndia)
** The Contestant also needs to mention the hashtag #FigoAspire while sharing his entry
** All responses/submissions will be shortlisted and evaluated in a chronological manner; based on time of the response/submission posted
** All entries with abusive or foul words will be disqualified immediately.
** Participants who have already won during the previous #FigoAspire selfie contest, will not be eligible for this week’s contest

Participation Fees:
No subscription to Ford India or purchase or payment of any fee is required for participating in the Contest. The participation is voluntary.

Prizes and Announcement:
There will be a maximum of 6 winners for the Contest:
** 3 from Hyderabad
** 3 from Bhopal

Winners for the Contest on Facebook/Twitter will be chosen based on:
** Quality on photo
** Catchy/ Unique caption

Note:
** Prize winners on Facebook channel will win Flipkart voucher worth Rs. 2,500 each, redeemable within six months
** The Contestant understands that mere participation in the Contest does not entitle the Contestant to win the prize.
** A Contestant can submit unlimited number of entries for the contest.
** The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be permitted
** The decision of the jury will be final and binding, and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
** The winners for #FigoAspire contest will be announced on 2nd July, 2015 on Ford India Facebook Page (facebook.com/fordindia) and/or @FordIndia Twitter Profile. The decision of the Ford India will be final, binding and non-contestable.

General Terms and Conditions:
** The persons residing in the state of Tamil Nadu are not eligible to participate in the Contest. Ford India reserves the right to verify the place of residence of any Contestant for the purpose of the Contest to determine his/her eligibility for the prize.
** The entries submitted in any manner other than specified in the Contest requirements will be automatically disqualified.
** The Contestant will not use multiple accounts/ profiles to send entries in the Contest. Entries that are identified by the jury as non-compliant to the terms and conditions will be disqualified. The decision of the Ford India in this regard will be final and binding.
** Each Contestant represents and warrants that he/she is legally competent to enter into binding contracts under applicable laws. By taking part and/or entering the Contest the Contestant warrants that all information provided by him/her regarding his/her name, age, state, city, address, e-mail-ID, phone number, etc., is true, correct, accurate and complete.
** Each Contestant is required to provide full and accurate details of his/her name, permanent address, phone number, age and such other details as may be prescribed by Ford India and it is to be understood that the prize will be given to the winner only upon furnishing of the prescribed details and documents to Ford India as applicable.
** Ford India may, at any time, verify or authorize verification of the Contestant’s entry (including such Contestant’s identity, age, place of residence and affiliations) and disqualify any Contestant (at any stage of the Contest) if it is found that such Contestant has submitted an entry or any documents that is inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions.
** Ford India may disqualify any Contestant, if such Contestant engages in or it is found that such Contestant has engaged in any illegal, unlawful or improper conduct (with regard to the Contest or otherwise).
** The decision of Ford India as regards the selection of winner Contestant is final. No correspondence or any other claims whatsoever, in this regard will be entertained.
** Ford India does not make any commitment, express or implied, to respond to any feedback, suggestion and, or, queries of the Contestant or furnish any reason or explanation for inclusion and, or, exclusion of any particular submission or the entry of a Contestant at any stage of the Contest.
** Ford India reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, postpone, modify or suspend the Contest in whole or in part at any time including if, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including due to any technical failure or any other causes beyond the control of Ford India and will not be liable for any consequential losses/damages. All winners and/or Contestants agree that no claims or complaints may be raised against Ford India or any of their affiliates, representatives, associates etc. in this respect. Any decision of Ford India in this regard and in general with respect to the Contest and the Terms and Conditions thereto will be final, binding and non-contestable.
** Ford India further reserves the right to modify or cancel the prize offered under the Contest, at its sole and absolute discretion. The winner Contestant and/or the Contestant agree that no claims or complaints whatsoever may be raised against Ford India or any of their affiliates, representatives, associates etc. in this respect.
** By taking part in the Contest, the Contestant consent to share his/her personal details with Ford India. The Contestant hereby grants the rights to Ford India or any Ford India affiliates within or outside India (including any third party service providers that Ford India may engage for purposes of the Contest) to collect, use, process and transfer his/her Personal Information or any material/ content created by any Contestant during all Contest activities, including videos, images etc. The Contestant acknowledges and allows that such details or any material/ content created by any Contestant can be shared by Ford India with its business affiliates for any other Contest promotion or for any other purposes.
