All participants of this Contest who will be posting their answers on Spykar facebook page hereby agree with the terms & conditions as mentioned below and undertake to abide unconditionally by the same.

How to participate :

** The contest is free and open only to the participants from Hyderabad and Telangana.
** The interested Participants must follow all the rules mentioned on the contest page. The winning entries will be chosen by Spykar.

Terms & Conditions :

** The Winners will be informed via call/message on their mobile number or any other communicable address available with Spykar.
** Spykar offers no guarantee or warranty in relation to the opportunity to win this contest. All decisions of company in relation to contest shall be final and binding upon participants.
** Spykar reserves the right to modify the Date, Time and Location for the Meet & Greet event. Winners will be informed accordingly.
** The movie tickets offered will be valid for the 6 PM show dated 10th Dec’15 – at Sandhya Theatre, Hyderabad.
** Winners will have to make their own arrangement for travel and stay (if required) at the Place where they would be meeting the celebrity. Spykar shall not be responsible for failure of such winner to make arrangement of travel and stay.
** If the winner is not reachable after three attempts of notification/communication by Spykar, Spykar is entitled to give the prize to the next available winner and the original winner’s entitlement to the meet & greet will lapse.
** Spykar offers no guarantee with regards to the opportunity to win this contest. All decisions of Company in relation to the contest will be final and binding upon participants.
** The duration of the meet will be decided by Spykar. Only the winner will be entitled to meet the Actor and no one will be allowed to accompany them.
** In case the winner creates a situation causing discomfort to the celebrities, the meet will be called off with immediate effect.
** The Actor may at its own discretion may accept or reject to meet the Winner and no objection in this regard shall be entertained by Spykar.
** The participant will not be entitled to hold Spykar responsible for any loss occurred during their travel or stay, or failure to comply with the terms and conditions of the contest stated herein, as participant understands all the terms and condition of this Contest and has entered this Contest at their sole discretion and free will.
