MyGov Be With Yoga, Be At Home Video Campaign
To bring the people together globally while inside their homes, and spread the message of traditional Yoga far and wide, for the betterment of both physical and mental health, the Ministry of Ayush is launching the “Be With Yoga, Be At Home” video campaign.

About the Campaign
** Through the “Be With Yoga, Be At Home” video campaign, the Ministry of Ayush seeks to raise awareness about traditional Yoga, and inspire people to prepare for and become active participants in the observation of IDY 2021.
** The campaign will support participation via MyGov and various social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram in India.
** The campaign will include posting a video of up to 1-minute of participant practicing one Yogasana, with or without a small write-up from the participant.
Eligibility Criteria
1. The campaign is open to the public at large in India.
2. Participants below 18 years of age may get the login ID created by the parents and also obtain the consent of their parents, to participate in this category.
Entry Guidelines
1. Participants can simply enter by uploading a video of upto 1 minute, on any one of the following platforms –
a. Facebook
b. Twitter
c. Instagram
2. Participants need to use the campaign hashtags(#BeWithYogaBeAtHome,#IDY2021,#MinistryofAyush) to participate, and tag the official Ministry of Ayush account on the platform they choose to upload their video on
For example : if you upload the video on Facebook, then tag the official Ministry of Ayush account while uploading the video. The video uploaded should be publicly accessible.
3. Subsequently, the participants can copy the upload link and register on the MyGov event page, to get a participation certificate.
4. Each entry must focus on the theme “Be With Yoga, Be At Home”.
5. Please refer to all the terms and conditions before submitting the entry.
How to Participate?
Submissions will be accepted only through MyGov Portal. No direct entries will be accepted.
Steps:
Step-1 : Go to the link given above.
Step-2 : Click on “Login to Participate”
Step-3 : Enter your Email ID (or) Mobile Number and
Step-4 : Enter your Password to Login.
Step-5 : After Login, you can submit your entries.
Note :
New User, Register First to Participate in the Competition.
Guidelines on Video Content
1. All the entries must be in the form of a video up to 1-minute of the participants, practising one Yogasana.
2. The video can be with or without a small write up from the participant, in any official Indian language as mentioned in the Eighth Schedule of the Indian Constitution, English or other UN languages.
3. It is recommended that the video should be made in landscape orientation.
Campaign Timelines
1. Entries can be submitted from 1st June 2021.
2. The deadline for the submission of the entries is 30th June 2021.
Terms and Conditions
1. The videos uploaded should strictly conform to the guidelines.
2. All the entries must strictly adhere to the campaign’s theme i.e., “Be With Yoga, Be At Home”.
3. Submitted entries should be within the campaign timelines. The Ministry reserves the right to shorten/extend the deadline of the campaign, upon its discretion.
4. Videos that portray or otherwise include inappropriate and/or offensive content, including provocative nudity, violence, human rights and/or environmental violation, and/or any other contents deemed to be contrary to the law, religious, cultural & moral traditions and practices of India, are strictly prohibited.
5. The Ministry bears no responsibility of any costs or damages incurred by the participant in the process of participating in the campaign. Participation in the campaign is completely free of charge, and neither the Ministry nor any of its affiliated bodies charge any participation fees.
