To commemorate 75 Years of India’s Independence as part of the ongoing ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’, Ministry of Education is conducting this Quiz competition on ‘YUVA- PM’s Scheme for Mentorship of Young Authors.

This quiz competition would further spread the awareness about YUVA amongst aspiring young authors and writers.

Who Can Participate?

** Entry into the Quiz is open to all Indian citizens.
** All Government employees participating in this competition should have prior permission from their employer to participate in this competition.

How To Participate?

Any individual who desires to participate in the quiz will be required to provide his/her name, date of birth, correspondence address, email address and mobile number.

By submitting your contact details, you will give consent to these details being used solely for the purpose of the Quiz.

Instructions

** This is a timed quiz with 20 questions to be answered in 1200 seconds
** These questions will be randomly picked from the question bank.
** Winners will be adjudged on the basis of maximum number of correct answers.

** In case of multiple participants having given same number of correct answers, the participants who take the least time to complete the quiz will be adjudged the winner.

** You can skip a tough question and come back to it later.
** The quiz will start as soon as you click the Start Quiz button.

Selection Process

The selection of the performers will be based on the –
** Winners will be selected basis lots from those who have maximum correct answers.
** All participants will be given digital Certificate of Participation.

Prizes

** First Prize: Rs 20,000/- + e-certificate.
** Second Prize: Rs 10,000/- + e-certificate
** Third Prize: Rs 5000/- + e-certificate

Terms & Conditions

** Organizers will not accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, are late or incomplete or have not been transmitted due to computer error or any other error beyond the organizer’s reasonable control. Please note proof of submission of the entry is not proof of receipt of the same.

** Duration of the quiz will be 10 minutes (600 seconds), during which a maximum of 10 questions can be answered.
** One person can participate only once. Multiple entries from the same person will not be considered and will be discarded

** Organisers decision on the Quiz shall be final and binding on all the contestants and no clarifications would be issued to any participants on any decision of the Selection Committee.

** The participant should make sure that her/his MyGov profile is accurate, complete, and updated for further communication. This includes details such as name, latest photo, country declaration, complete postal address, email ID and phone number etc. Entries with incomplete profiles would not be considered.

** The winner will be notified through email address that she/he has provided along with her/his submission.

** The results of the contest would be declared on MyGov website, only. Any legal proceedings arising out of the competition/ its entries/ winners shall be subject to local jurisdiction of Delhi only.

** If a winner is not reachable within five working days from the result announcement, he or she will forfeit the prize and another winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries in accordance with the above process until a winner is selected and can be contacted.

** Prize money will be transferred to the winner only through electronic transfer as per the bank details submitted by the winner via email.
** E-Certificate will be issued through email only.
