Entry Category :
** The students from Class IX to Degree Level of any institution of Assam can apply in the competition.

Entry Format :
** Entries should be in images only.
** Entries must be produced using any computerised art,design and production tool.(eg. Gimp,Illustrator,Photoshop etc.)
** The format of the file should be JPEG/GIF/TIFF/PNG/BMP.
** Max.5MB file size will be accepted

Theme/Subject : “ Digital India ”

Judging :
** Famous cartoonist Sri Sumanta Baruah has given consent to act as judge for the competition.
** His cartoons have been published in many magazines and journals and also exhibited in 3rd Rhodes International Cartoon Exhibition, Greece(2006) and International Cartoon Festival, Iran(2006).
** The decisions of the judges are final.

How to apply :
** Applicants should submit their image file using own email id to email baksa@nic.in/ mridul.deka@gmail.com.
** Applicants should state his/her Name, Institution Name, Address, Class/Std,Contact Numbers in the email itself.

Last Date : 07-July-2015 upto 5:00PM

Prize Money : Rs. 5,000/ – for first winner plus certificate.

General Information :
** Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by District Administration,Baksa.
** District Administration, Baksa is not responsible for scrambled entries, or computer, system, software or program malfunctions, network interruptions or errors all whether human or electronic..
** In the event the Contest is compromised by virus,bugs, non- authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control, District Administration, Baksa reserves the right to terminate the Contest.
** Use of any automated system to submit entries is prohibited and will result in disqualification of all such entries as well as the Contestant
** The Applicant shall guarantee the originality of his/her own artwork which should be an artwork that was never displayed publicly before.
** No infringement of any third party’s intellectual property rights or any other rights is permitted.
** Performance and display of the artwork shall not violate public order, exceed the bounds decency accepted by society and shall not depict any behavior prohibited by laws
