SABTV Free Recharge Contest 2015 :

The following terms and conditions (“T&Cs”/ “Terms and Conditions”) shall be applicable to Multi Screen Media Pvt. Ltd., (“MSM”) owned television channel ‘SAB’ (“Channel”) for the activity conducted by MSM on Channel and such other platforms as decided by MSM (“Platforms”) relating to promotion of the Channel which shall function in accordance with the Specific T&C’s at end of this

The Activity shall be held from 10th December, 2015 to 25th December, 2015

Participation :

1. The Contest shall be available on the Platform as mentioned above.
2. Users will be called through an automated IVR call on their respective mobile numbers and asked a question about the any one of the Channel’s show, namely, Chidiyaghar, Baalveer and Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah
3. Each question shall have two options. Participants interested in participating in this Contest shall respond by dialling the keys “1” or “2” for the respective options from their mobile phones to submit their entry (“Entry”).
4. An Entry shall be deemed valid only once the Participant dials the keys “1” or “2”. Further, MSM shall make only one call to each number and therefore only one Entry shall be received from one number.
5. Once the Entry has been received and recorded the IVR system will cut the call.
6. Post this, the Winners shall be chosen by MSM at its sole discretion.

While participating in Activity, Participants shall ensure that:-
** Participant shall be responsible towards his Entry.
** Participant shall be the owner of the number from which he participates and sends Entry.
** Entry does not harm minors in any way;
** Entry does not violate any law for the time being in force;
** Entry does not deceive or mislead about the origin of such messages or communicates any information which is grossly offensive or menacing in nature;
** Entry is not abusive, harmful, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, libellous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically objectionable, disparaging, relating or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatever;
** Entry shall not create any liability for MSM or any of its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, employees, agents, directors, officers and shareholders; Specific Process for choosing the

Winners :

1) Winners shall be chosen on random basis during the Term and will be gratified with one prize each which shall be at the sole discretion of MSM.
2) The decision of MSM in choosing the Winners and the appropriate answer by randomizer method and/or any such other method shall be final and binding on the Participants and the Participants while participating into this Activity agrees to accept MSM’s decision as final without any further claim in this regard.
3) MSM shall not entertain any mail or query questioning or otherwise asking for thedefinitive process for choosing the Winners and the Participants by participating in the Activity shall be bound by these T&Cs and Basic T&Cs.
4) MSM reserves the right to withdraw or discontinue and/or terminate the Activity at any stage without prior notice and without any liability whatsoever to the Participants.
5) The decisions of MSM and its representatives shall be final and binding on all aspects of the Activity.

Announcement of the Winners :
1) The Winners shall be declared during or at the end of the Contest and/or within such periodof time as decided by MSM in its sole discretion through direct message and/or respective pages of Channel Website.
2) The Winners shall be declared as per the terms of the Basic T&Cs
3) The Winners needs to revert back with the
required details and formalities within forty eight (48) hours after contacting them. Any responses received after this Last Date shall be considered void / Winner shall standdisqualified and MSM shall not be liable in any manner way or form.
4) In event the Participant is not able to utilize the Prize or is unable / refuses to accept the same, the Prize will be revoked by MSM.

Prize(s):

1) Each winner will win a recharge coupon of its telephone service provider from the Channel which shall be automatically credited to the Participants number from which the Entry was received.
2) MSM will not be responsible in case the Winner’s number is not recharged.
3) The Winner shall be contacted in the manner specified in the Basic T&Cs.
4) The process of sending the Prize(s) shall be as per the terms of the Basic T&Cs.

Terms and Conditions :

1. The Activity is open only to Indian citizens, residing in India. Citizens and/or residents of countries other than India are not eligible to participate. Citizens and/or residents of countries other than India residing in India are not eligible to participate.
2. The Participants must be adults having attained the age of eighteen (18) years to participate in the Activity as on the date of the Activity.
3. The Participants shall be users of Idea, BSNL, Vodafone, Airtel, Reliance, Aircel, and other mobile service providers. (All persons fulfilling conditions mentioned in section 1 & 2 shall be hereinafter referred to as “Participants”)
4. Employees, agents and promoters (including their immediate family members) of MSM and any of their divisions, affiliates and subsidiaries, and others associated with the Activity in any manner, are not eligible to participate in the Activity.
5. The Activity terms and conditions shall be mentioned on SABTV’s website sabtv.com (“Website”). The Participants agree that by participating in the Activity, the Participants shall be bound by the terms and conditions provided at the Website.
