Jingle Bells Carol Contest 2015:

The best one photo/video will get prize . Entry into this competition (“Competition”) is deemed to be an acceptance of these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). All instructions and prize information published by the Promoter form part of the Terms and Conditions.

The competition will for the period of 15 days beginning from 11th December 2015

Terms & Conditions :

** An Entry is invalid if illegible or incomplete.No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected Entries. All entries must be accompanied with your name, address ,email id and telephone number along with the precise location, date and preferably time. In the event of unforeseen circumstances mathrubhumi.com reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.

** All Entries become the property of the Promoter. All materials submitted may be used by mathrubhumi.com without restricted use and without any charge. By entering photographs to the competition you confirm that you have read these terms and conditions, and that you own the copyright for all photographs submitted. As no payment is offered, copyright will remain with the photographer.

** It is essential that you obtain the written prior consent of anyone appearing in your photographs for reproduction by mathrubhumi.com in any form of publicity purposes and send the consent in with your entry. This competition is open to the public, other than employees of Mathrubhumi and Chevron builders and realtors pvt limited and its agencies or their families.

** mathrubhumi.com’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into Overall winners will be selected by the jury team headed by, renowned professionals of the industry. Prize winners will be announced on the website and winners will also be notified via email / phone after judging has taken place.

** The Winner must produce identification in a form acceptable to the Promoter before collection of the Prize and must sign an acknowledgment that he or she has received the Prize. If the Winner is not readily identified and reasonable efforts have been made to identify the Winner, unclaimed prize draws will be conducted at Mathrubhumi subject to any legal requirements. The winner of the prize in the unclaimed prize draw will be notified by telephone and mail following to the results announced and published in our website as well as in newspaper daily.

** The Winner accepts the Prize at his or her own risk. The Promoter will not be liable for any claim, cost, expense, loss, damage or liability whatsoever suffered or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of or arising out of or in any way connected with the conduct of this Competition or the acceptance or use of a Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter may in its sole discretion require the Winner and any person participating in a Prize to sign a deed of release and indemnity in a form acceptable to the Promoter prior to awarding the Prize to the Winner.
