The Hamleys ‘Letters To Santa’ Contest

Letters to Santa will be conducted from 6th Dec – 25th Dec 2015. To be eligible, participant must fill the form on the Flipkart website/ app wishing for the toys they want Santa to gift to them and the reason why Santa should give the toys.

The last day to fill the form is 24th December 2015, 11:59 PM

The participant must mention all details correctly in the form in the below format :
** Wish list of toys
** Reason why Santa should give them these toys
** Full Name
** Mobile Phone number
** Email address
** Postal Address with PIN Code
** Date of Birth of Children

Terms & Conditions :

** LTS is open to all citizens of India currently residing in India
** Letters to Santa (‘LTS’) is a trademark of Reliance Lifestyle Holdings Limited (‘RLHL’).
** Forms/letters received on the Flipkart website/ app which have any of the above fields missing will be disqualified without giving prior notice and/or without assigning any reason whatsoever. The decision of RLHL and/or its Management in this regard shall be final and binding.
** Each participant/family shall be entitled to submit one letter only.
** RLHL & FLIPKART INTERNET PRIVATE LIMITED is entitled to reject such letter/s with inaccurate or incomplete information and the decision of RLHL in this regard shall be final and binding.
** 50 Letters will be shortlisted by RLHL, at its own discretion. Basis the contact details mentioned in the letter, the composers of these shortlisted letters (in case of minor, through their guardian) shall be contacted and will be given gift/toys, subject to availability. Where RLHL and/or its Management are unable to contact the shortlisted participants due to reasons beyond the control of RLHL and/or its Management or due to any inaccurate/incomplete information provided by the participant, then RLHL and/or its Management shall not be responsible towards the same. The decision of RLHL and/or its Management in this regard shall be final and binding.
** The Toy will be selected by RLHL, subject to availability, as per its own discretion and will be final and binding
** The toy/s will be delivered to the postal address mentioned by participant in the letter within 25 (twenty five) working days of selection of letters. RLHL shall not be responsible towards any damage to the Toy during transit and/or for any incomplete/inaccurate information with regard to the postal address mentioned in the letter.
** The toy/s gifted cannot be returned/ exchanged/redeemed for cash or otherwise under any circumstances whatsoever.
** LTS is subject to Force Majeure conditions
** Maximum Liability of RLHL is limited to the extent of value of the toy to be given to shortlisted participant under the Programme.
** By participating in the Programme, Parents/Guardians of participants including participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and waive any right to claim ambiguity therein and agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless RLHL, and its directors, officers, employees and agents, from and against any loss, claims, damages or liability resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance and/or participation in the Programme.
** By submitting the personal details and participating in the Programme, participants and their parents/guardians waive the condition attached to DND directory and voluntarily grants permission to RLHL to contact him/her through phones and emails for any or all promotional and marketing activities carried by RLHL /Hamleys hereafter.
** RLHL and/or its Management reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions of this offer/promotion and/or withdraw this offer/promotion at any time, without giving prior notice and/or without assigning any reason whatsoever. The decision of RLHL and/or its Management in this regard shall be final and binding.
** All/any disputes related to this offer/promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts of Mumbai only
