HDFC Bank Spirit of Creativity Contest

By participating in this Campaign, Participants fully and unconditionally agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions.

Who Can Participate?

** Registration & submission of entries for minors to be done by a guardian whose legal age is above 18.

** The contest is NOT restricted only to HDFC Bank customers; Anyone with artistic flair is welcome to participate. HDFC Bank employees and their families can participate but are not eligible for prize

Contest Period

The contest will begin on 23rd July 2021 and end on 8th August 2021. We must receive your entries before 8th August 2021 11:59PM

How to Participate?

Steps :
Step 1 : The Participants are permitted to submit their entries in the form of videos, audio and images as per the stipulated format mentioned on the aforementioned link.

Step 2 : Each participant is permitted to submit a maximum of 3 entries in each category

Note :
** Under the Fine Arts & Visual Arts Category – All artwork/ Photograph must be submitted in digital format as a .jpg or .png file only.
** Artwork size cannot exceed 5 Mega Byte (MB)

** Under the Performing Category – All performances must be submitted in video format as a .MP4 file only and size cannot exceed 120 Mega Byte (MB). Video shouldn’t be more than 30 seconds

Important Note :
*Any entry including or depicting anything which is foul, indecent, threatening, discriminatory, vulgar, provocative, defamatory, sexually explicit, objectionable, inappropriate or against public policy or public morality, shall lead to disqualification of the participant at sole discretion of Organisers*

Terms & Conditions

** Any Drawing, Painting, Sketching, Doodling, Paper craft, Glass craft and Metal craft must not include foul words, national flags, or slogans

** Any Drawing, Painting, Singing, Dancing, Solo performance, Sketching, Doodling, Paper craft, Glass craft and Metal craft must not represent any particular individual, organization, or brand name and must not depict any religious theme

** Participants will be allowed to share their approved drawing/painting/picture/videos through the microsite on their social media to gain votes and become the Popular Choice winner

** Every entry by default will have a contest watermark on their artwork while sharing on social media for gaining votes

** The winners then will be decided by a panel of jury for each category. The winners will be chosen considering most interesting, innovative, creative, original and most popular art

** The Top 10 winners from each category and each category will be awarded basis the jury’s decision
** Each participant is eligible to win a maximum of only one contest prize

** If a participant qualifies for multiple prizes then the prize with the higher value will be awarded to him/her

** The participant understands and agrees that the he/she shall not have any claim against Organizer, its directors, employees, associates, affiliates, etc., with respect to the use of their art/craft/photograph in any of the social media platforms and/or for any other promotional activities and shall not raise any objection or restriction regarding the use of them at any time in the future

** Organizer will NOT use any of the entries for any purpose other than the promotion of the said contest
** The winner of the contest shall win prizes which will be communicated to the winners through online communication or will be posted on the website

** By submitting an entry, each entrant agrees to the contest rules and warrants that his/her entry complies with all requirements set out in the rules
** This is a skill-based contest and chance plays no part in the determination of winners

** The decision of Jury Panel and Organizer shall be final and binding on the participants with regards to the interpretation of these rules and regulations.

** The Participant / Voter acknowledge and consent to submitting their contact details allowing Organizer to send offers, solicitations or other product brochures to them and for contacting them.
