These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to and regulate the provisions of the specified products and services provided by the Axis Bank through the Mobile Banking user. These Terms shall be in addition to and not in derogation of other terms and conditions of any account or any other facility/services offered by the Bank and/or such other terms and conditions as may be specified by the Bank.

Offer Period: 23rd Nov 2015 to 18th Dec 2015.

Definitions:

The following words and phrases shall have the meanings set out herein below in this document unless repugnant to the context:
** “User” shall mean a person who holds an Axis Bank Savings account (excluding NRI, Burgundy, and Axis Bank staff), so maintained with Axis Bank which are using the Mobile Banking (MB) and are eligible for this offer and who has received communication from Axis Bank with respect to the captioned Offer by email on their email id and/or by SMS on their mobile number registered with Axis Bank.
** “Axis Bank Mobile App Registration” shall mean all the first time successful downloads by the User from the playstore / Apple app store / Windows store for Axis Mobile Banking App
** Axis Bank Electricity Bill Payment shall mean all users who add their electricity biller and make a payment during the offer period Or, who already have a biller added and make a payment during the offer period
** Offer- User will have to pay his/her electricity bills through Mobile Banking App
** Prize- Get 8% off on eBay.in

General Terms and Conditions:-

1. The Offer is valid for all Axis Bank Savings Account Customers (excluding NRI, Burgundy, and Axis Bank staff) who would be in the eligible base and were sent the communication by email/SMS.
2. User is required to successfully pay an electricity bill through the Axis Mobile Banking Application
3. Offer is applicable to unique users doing bill payments during the offer period on Axis Bank Mobile App
4. The offer is valid from 23rd Nov 2015 to 18th Dec 2015
5. The offer is applicable only to customer who are communicated via SMS or email about the contest
6. The participation in the Offer is entirely voluntary and it is understood, that the participation by the User shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis. For the electricity bill payment on Axis Bank Mobile App during the offer period, User will be eligible for 8% off on eBay.in
7. It is clearly understood by the User that the coupon is being provided by a third party – eBay and not by Axis Bank. Hence, in the event of any dispute regarding coupon /subscription or any other related issues therein or incidental thereto shall be settled by the User directly with eBay and no User shall bring any dispute(s) to or against Axis Bank.

9. Axis Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or delay in delivery or otherwise of the goods. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods and services must be resolved by the User with the manufacturer directly without any reference to Axis Bank. Axis Bank would not be liable in any manner whatsoever or howsoever including but not limited to any financial loss/damage that may be incurred by the User.
10. This offer is non-transferrable to any other person and cannot be exchange with any other offer
11. Axis Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever including but not limited to any problems caused by internet connections and/or internet service providers and any technical or other issues at eBay Axis Bank shall not be responsible for system outages, delays, equipment malfunctions, errors or other or technical difficulties or impediments or any other force majeure event that may prevent the User from participating in the Offer or for redeeming the voucher.
