IndiaTV Click Mania Photo Contest

Ek Click.. Life Hit. Click-Mania is a photography contest open to all Smartphone users in the country. Click and show your quirky side. Don’t worry, you don’t need to own a professional camera, you just need a Camera Cell Phone.

Eligibility

** Persons of all ages and origins are eligible to participate in the contest. There are no restrictions on submission eligibility unless prohibited by the jurisdiction in which the participant resides.

** Employees of Independent News Service Pvt. Ltd. (India TV) permanent, temporary, current, former contractual, interns or their immediate family members, may participate, but will not be eligible to win the title or prize money.

How to Participate?

Steps :
Step 1 : Download Indiatv app from Google Play or Appstore
Step 2 : Go to menu button and select Click Mania
Step 3 : Fill your details
Step 4 : Upload picture(s) under specified category(s)
Step 5 : Submit your entry

Technical Specifications

** The photo(s) must be clicked from a Cell Phone or Tablet camera only.
** The photo(s) must be submitted as a high-resolution JPEG image (as high as your mobile camera will allow).

** Images should be shot and/or edited (processed with apps) or otherwise created with any and all known mobile phone and tablet devices only. Desktop software is not permitted. Entries which do not conform to these rules will be disqualified

** The photo/image must be an original creation of the participant.
** All entries must be submitted via the upload module as found in your profile page hosted by Click Mania.

** The photo (s)/image (s) shall not violate the rights of any third parties, including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights.

** The photo (s)/image (s) shall not contain any material that is fraudulent, threatening, abusive, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, slanderous, profane, racially objectionable or hurt any religious or communal feeling, including, without limitation, any material that encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offence or result in civil liability.

** The photo (s)/image (s)shall not contain any material that enrages the public sentiments or violates any legislation or policy for the time being in force.

Judging Criteria

** Entries are deemed accepted when your profile page displays the images you have submitted.
** Entries will only be accepted once these terms and conditions of entry are agreed to on the Registration Form.

** After the contest closes at 23.59 on 18 September 2021 (IST), qualifying photos will be judged on adherence to the contest challenge through its message clarity, composition and overall presentation.

IndiaTV will appoint a jury to judge the entries. The decision of the panel of Judges shall be final and binding on all parties. The jury shall have the discretion to reject an entry at any stage of the competition if the entry does not meet the qualifying criteria.

Any attempt by a participant to influence the result or subvert the photo competition will lead to immediate disqualification.

** The photo selected to be considered for inclusion in the next round will be notified by e-mail to the participant.

If the participant who has been selected as a winner is unable to be contacted, India TV management reserves the right to offer the prize to the next best entry.
