C-DAC ePoster Competition

Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC), Hyderabad under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India is celebrating Azadi ka Amrut Mahotsav – 75 years of Independence from 6th -12th September 2021.

As part of the celebrations, a ePoster competition for students is being organised on the theme of “My vision of India 2030” to bring out the aspirations of younger generation for a New India.

Who Can Participate?

** Group A: Students less than 18 years
** Group B: Students in the age group of 18 years to 26 Years

Mode of Submission

Participants are to submit their ePoster on WhatsApp No : 94907 71800

Guidelines for ePoster

** The work must be on A4 or A3 digital size paper only. File format : JPEG/PNG
** The language of the poster content (if any) should be in English/Hindi

** Each individual can submit one piece of work and the work should be his/her original work. Poster copied from the internet will not be encouraged.
** The poster must not promote any individual, organization, brand or religion.

** Participants must clearly provide the following details during the time of submission of the ePoster. No personal information (including name, address etc.) should be written in the poster. The details are to be provided separately during submission.

i. Participant’s Name
ii. Date of Birth
iii. Parent Name
iv. Participant/parent email id
v. Telephone number
vi. Address of School/College/University / Any other
** Participants are to strictly comply with the above guidelines.

Awards

Awards for each group (cash prize or equal amount of gift articles) is as follows
** First prize – Rs 5,000
** Second prize – Rs 3,000
** Third prize – Rs 2,000

All participants will receive e-certificates for participation.

Selection Process

** Only entries that depict the theme and fulfill the set guidelines would be considered for evaluation.
** The selection of best entries is to be done by a panel constituted by the organizing institution. The judgement of the Committee would be final

** In every group, top three best eposters would be selected and awarded. Selected awardees should submit a copy of valid government issued document as Proof of age (such as Aadhaar).

Terms & Conditions

** The selection done by the committee is final and binding.
** No individual correspondence shall be entertained.
** The results will be intimated individually to the awardees
** The decision of the awards selection committee of the competition will be final.

** The work received will be the property of C-DAC Hyderabad. The work will not be returned back and the same can be used as part of project promotions and appropriate acknowledgement will be given.

** The organization reserves the right to cancel the competition without any prior intimation.
