This is a limited period Campaign and relates to Cadbury Daily Milk of INR 50 / INR 100 / INR 149 each. Residents of India can participate in the contest. Last date to participate in this contest is 31st May 2022. Participate and Win Smartwatch, Merchandise, LED TV and Cashback Voucher.

Eligibility

You need to fulfil the following eligibility criteria to participate in the Cadbury Dairy Milk Cricket Promotion Campaign:

** You need to be a natural person;
** You should be an individual legal resident and citizen of the Republic of India;
** You should be of an age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Campaign;
** You shall be legally competent to enter into binding contract under the applicable laws of India.
** You should be holding valid PAN card and, Aadhar Card.

For PAN India Except State of Tamil Nadu:
To Participate in the Cadbury Dairy Milk Cricket Promotion Campaign, the Participant is required to, at his/her sole discretion, purchase the limited-edition Cadbury’s Dairy Milk contained in the pack which has the call out with respect to the Campaign (“Product”).

Participation in the Campaign is subject to availability of the Product in the market or specified stores, as applicable and indicated in these T&Cs, during the Campaign Period. We or Campaign Partner shall not be held responsible for any circumstance leading to non-availability of the Product in the market.

For State of Tamil Nadu:
** Directly follow the steps below by visiting the website and confirming the details as promoted, included a confirmation of participation from Tamil Nadu.
** To enter the Cadbury Dairy Milk Cricket Promotion Campaign, the Participant shall visit the campaign website www.cadburycricket.in and enter their mobile number.
** The participant will receive a One Time Password ( “OTP”) on their registered mobile number.
** The Participant will enter the OTP and will be required to enter his/her name & email id along with a unique code printed on the inner side of wrapper of the Product (Entering Unique code is not mandatory)
** If the participant is from Tamil Nadu, the participant will be required to submit their answer to the following question: What is your favourite memory of Cadbury during a cricket match?

This Cadbury Dairy Milk Cricket Promotion Campaign is applicable to PAN India. However, certain aspects of the Campaign will not be applicable in the State of Tamil Nadu, details of which are provided in this T&Cs.

Winner Selection, Announcement and Contacting Winners

** Smartwatch / Exclusive Merchandise (Bat) / Exclusive Merchandise (Jersey) / LED TV Prize winners of the Campaign will be announced on or before 15th July 2022 and will be contacted by the Campaign Partner or execution partner through calls or direct messages or email etc.
** By accepting these T&Cs you signify your consent to be contacted for the purpose of this Campaign including for procuring additional information that may be required for delivering Prizes where applicable.
** The Lucky Prize winners will be drawn by a randomizer on a daily lottery basis.
** Mondelez and/or the Cadbury Dairy Milk Cricket Promotion Campaign Partner shall not be responsible for any accident or mishap or loss of the verification documents.
** The responsibility for ensuring that the documents reaches the address as directed by Mondelez or Campaign Partner lies solely with the Participants.
** No justification/explanation for non-receipt of the documents or any missing documents shall be accepted.
** In the event that the Smartwatch / Exclusive Merchandise (Bat) / Exclusive Merchandise (Jersey) / LED TV Prize Winners do not respond to communications within 3 days of initial contact, the Campaign Partner reserves the right to disqualify that Winners and the Prize will be forfeited.

This Cadbury Dairy Milk Cricket Promotion Campaign will commence from 1st April 202s and end at 11:59 p.m. on 31st May 2022 (Last Date). Any entries before or after the Campaign Period will not be considered.
