What is Reliance Top Shopper Program?
Reliance Top Shopper Program is organised by Reliance Retail Limited on AJIO Website and on corresponding mobile application (“AJIO Mobile App”), collectively called (“Platform”). This Program is open to all individual legal residents of the Republic of India aged 18 or above. Reliance will send the Reward to the Program Winner. This Program will go live daily between 05:00 PM (“Program Start time”) to 23:59 PM (“Program end time”) between 30th May 2022 (“Program Start date”) to 2nd June 2022(“Program end date”).
How To Participate in Reliance Top Shopper Program?
To Participate in Reliance Top Shopper Program, Follow the below steps
** Reliance Top Shopper Program will go live daily between 05:00 PM (“Program Start time”) to 23:59 PM (“Program end time”) between 30th May 2022 (“Program Start date”) to 2nd June 2022(“Program end date”)
** The Program Period shall be divided into 7 hour time-slots within which the purchases by various AJIO Customers shall be considered for the purpose of this Program ( “Program Time-slot”).
** Any purchases made before or after the Program Period will not be considered while deciding the winners of this Program. Additionally, purchases during a particular Program Time-slot shall not be considered for evaluating winners in any other subsequent Program Time-slot.
Eligibility
**Reliance Top Shopper Program is open to all individual legal residents of the Republic of India aged 18 or above on the Program Start Date.
**Each AJIO Customer shall be a registered user on the Platform and should have a valid phone number and e-mail address.
**Participation in this Program is purely voluntary.
**For participating in this contest, the AJIO Customer must place an order of the highest value as specified on the Platform and the purchases must be made within the relevant Program Time-slot.
**Only AJIO Customers who are end customers making a purchase for their personal household use shall be eligible for the Rewards. AJIO Customers making purchases for the purpose of resale of products (as may be determined by Reliance), shall be disqualified from earning a Reward under this Program.
**The purchases made should not have been returned, exchanged, or cancelled for 30 (Thirty) days from the time of purchase (“Purchase Return Window”)
**The reward can be availed only once per customer. If the customer is eligible for more than one slot, the slot with the highest purchase value will be considered for the reward
**Reliance shall not charge any amount for participation in this Program.
Prizes of Reliance Top Shopper Program
**AJIO Customer who has placed orders of the highest value as specified on the Platform during the Program Period (“Program Winner”) will become eligible to win rewards (“Reward”). In the event there are multiple AJIO Customers with the highest purchase order value on the Platform, the AJIO Customer who has made the earliest purchase shall be deemed the Program Winner.
**The Program Winner will receive a call from the Platform customer care to collect information regarding the size in case the Reward is an apparel/shoes and to obtain the written consent of the Program Winner to tag his/her social media account from the official social media handles of Reliance.
**Post completion of 45 (forty-five) days from the date of the last exchanged product is delivered, Reliance will send the Reward to the Program Winner.
**AJIO Customer shall not be eligible to win a Reward more than once during the Program Period.
Terms & Conditions of Reliance Top Shopper Program
The Terms & Conditions of Reliance Top Shopper Program are given below,
**All matters related hereto (including interpretation of these Terms) shall be final and binding.
**AJIO Customers’ names appearing on the leader board does not guarantee a Reward.
**The Program is open only for AJIO Customers who have successfully placed an order on the Platform either prepaid or cash on delivery mode and upon the AJIO Customer making the relevant payments.
**This Program is for a limited period, as mentioned above and can be withdrawn by Reliance at any point of time, including after it has been announced.
**The Reward cannot be exchanged for cash or other merchandise in part or full.
**The Program cannot be combined with any other promotion offered by Reliance on the Platform.
**The shopping value is calculated at an order level and it cannot be combined using multiple purchases under a single user account.
**In cases of fraudulent/suspicious transactions or if there is any technical glitch, Reliance reserves the right to revoke the Reward and disqualify any AJIO Customer from getting the benefits of this Program.
**AJIO Customer agrees that, these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction to decide over any controversy arising out of the Program.
