** We are thrilled to announce PICASSO ART CONTEST 2015 which offers artists a chance to receive international recognition and have their art-work featured in our website.

** This international art contest accepts entries online from any corner of the Earth.
** Till now, we have received art-works from 44+ countries. The eligible age to enter is 6 to 19 years.

Important Dates :
** Entries accepted – 17 June to 7 July 2015
** Selection in progress – 8 to 11 July 2015
** Notification to winners by e-mail – 12 to 17 July 2015
** Publication of final Result – 18 to 19 July 2015
** Issue of Certificates – 20 to 21 July 2015

Use of Medium : You can use following media
** Water Color
** Oil Color
** Graphite
** Charcoal
** Pastel
** Colored Pencils
** Pen and Ink
** Mixed Media
** Ball Point Pen, etc
** Digital Art is NOT accepted.

Age Limit :
** Any male or female artist of 6 to 19 years of age is eligible for Picasso Art Contest 2015 (Season 3)
** How to mention age: Mention the completed age. For example, if your age is 12 years and 3 months then you should write 12 years only.
** If your age is 12 years 11 months then also you should write 12 years only.

Layout & Size of painting :
** The drawing/ painting may be vertical or horizontal.
** Any size is accepted.

How to participate in Picasso Art Contest 2015 :
Participation in Picasso Art Contest 2015 is a two step process

STEP 1: Participants have to send the photograph of drawing/ painting to art4picasso@gmail.com with his NAME, DATE OF BIRTH, AGE COMPLETED, STATE & COUNTRY.

STEP 2: Fill the Online Form which is free. Click to fill the online form.

Selection Process : and Notification to winners.
** Best art-works will be selected by the jury.Winners will be informed by e-mail before publication of result.
** Rejection of entries. Do not make following mistakes.

The entries may be REJECTED due to following reasons:
** Your art-work contains any objectionable subject or copyrighted material.
** You have not sent your art-work with your NAME, DATE OF BIRTH, AGE, STATE & COUNTRY.
** You have not filled the Online Form.
** The image of the drawing/ painting is not clear.
** You sent the drawings multiple times.

Awards/ Certificates :
Winners will receive Art Recognition Pack, which consists of
** publication of painting in the website
** publication of winner’s photo in the winner’s gallery
** Certificate of Achievement and
** recognition as Star Artist, Golden+, Golden Artist and Silver Artist.

Fees for Art Recognition Pack & Certificate :
** The fees is $0.00 for Star artists and $18.00 for some selected Artists. (Discount may be offered for limited time only)
** No extra fees for the Certificate.

General Rules and Regulations :
** Renowned personality in respective field will judge the entries. The decision of the jury, formed for this purpose, will be final without any jurisdiction.
** Paintings submitted must be artist’s original work. If your painting infringes upon another copyright, it will be disqualified.
** Participation in this contest is absolutely free.
** Please do not send painting related to violence, drugs or adult themes.
** You participate in the contest means you agree with the Terms of Use & Privacy Policy of this website.
