Airtel Mega Win Season 33 Contest is organized by Bharti Airtel Limited having registered office at. This Contest is valid for allactive Prepaid and Postpaid Subscribers of Airtel who fulfill the following criteria at the time of participation and during the Contest Period. Subscriber must be an individual and his/her age should be 18 years or more. The National Bumper Prize is Tata Nexon CAR. The Contest shall run for a period of 90 days commencing from 30th May 2022 at 00:00:01 hours and concluding on 27th August 2022.

How To Partcipate in the Airtel Mega Win Contest?

Register/Subscribe for the Contest:
**Registration/Subscription can be done by calling 53111 or by sending SMS WIN to 53111. Subscription will be active for 999 days. Modes of registration/ subscription can be added or suspended (due to unavoidable issues on which Organizer does not have any control) during the duration of the contest.
**On subscribing through any of the above mentioned modes, the successful Subscriber will receive an acknowledgement SMS on his/her mobile number registered with Airtel informing him/her about his subscription status.
**Un-subscription: If a subscribed user wants to unsubscribe from the contest then it can be done by typing ‘STOP’ and sending it as an SMS to 53111 (toll-free) or by calling the toll-free number 53111.
Dial 53111 or SMS WIN to 53111 from your mobile to play the contest.

Charging:
**All the subscribers of contest will be charged INR 5/-, INR 3/- or INR 1/- per day (“Daily Charging Amount”), depending on the available balance on his/her MSISDN registered with Airtel.
**All subscribed/registered users will be charged from the 1st day of the contest, or the day that he/she subscribes/registers to the contest, till the end of the contest, or till the day he/she unsubscribes from the contest, whichever happens first, irrespective of whether the contest subscribers play the contest or not. This Daily Charging Amount will not be refunded to subscribers under any circumstances.
**On non-contest days, the subscribers will not be charged.
**All contest subscribers will be allowed to play the contest each day irrespective of successful charging on each day. If the charging fails for any particular day during the contest, the subscribed user will be allowed to play the contest for that day, however the questions attempted by such subscriber shall not be considered for the Winner selection process for any of the prizes under the contest.

Therefore:
**For subscribers that are charged Rs.5 for a day, all 5 questions played during the contest period shall be considered for the purposes of Winner selection.
**For subscribers that are charged Rs.3 for a day, only the first 3 questions played during the contest period shall be considered for the purposes of Winner selection.
**For subscribers that are charged Rs.1 for a day, only the first question played during the contest period shall be considered for the purposes of Winner selection.
**After playing 5 questions allotted per day, subscribers can further play more questions with a charging of Re 1 per question.

Total questions in contest:
**There will be a total of 1000 questions available to a subscribed user to play during the Contest Period i.e. 90 days. Question allotment will be done based on first activation date of user in this contest. For example, if user subscribes on 1st day of contest start, then questions allotted will be [450 (5 per day) + 550 PPQ (can be played any day during Contest Period)]. If user subscribes on 31st day of contest start, then questions allotted will be [300 (5 per day) + 700 PPQ (can be played any day during Contest Period)] & so on.
**User can only play his/her PPQ (pay per questions) only after playing the first 5 questions every day.
**Previous days, charged & unanswered questions will be carry forwarded till end of the contest period, i.e. if a user charged with Rs.5/5 questions a day, but user had played only 2 out of 5 questions, in such case remaining 3 questions can be played till end of the contest period.

Note: If due to any network failure / technical failure or any other reason, charging notification is received after 48 hours, then the same will not be considered. Final scores will be updated as per the charging notifications which are received within 48 hrs.

Contest on Voice:
**The Contest will be available on 53111 which will be Toll free for all the Airtel Subscribers of the above mentioned circles of Airtel.
**The Subscribers can press 1 or 2 on the phone keypad to answer the questions of the Contest.
**After answering one question, user will be given next question along with the result (correct/wrong response) of previous question.
**User charged with Rs.5 per day on subscription model & allotted with 5 questions a day, wherein the user had played only 3 questions out of 5 allotted questions for the current day, in such case those remaining 2 questions can be played during the contest period.

Contest on SMS:
**The Contest will be available on the Toll free Short code 53111.
**To participate in the Contest, Airtel Subscribers can send the keyword WIN to toll free Short Code 53111.
**Subscribers can participate in the Contest by sending a response to the question that they have received last. There will be 2 response options (A and B) in each question out of which 1 option is correct. Subscriber needs to choose the correct option.
**After answering one question, user will be given next question along with the result (correct/wrong response) of previous question.
**User charged with Rs.5 per day on subscription model & allotted with 5 questions a day, wherein the user had played only 3 questions out of 5 allotted questions for the current day, in such case those remaining 2 questions can be played during the contest period.

Points & Happy Hours:
**For every right answer, the Subscriber will get 10 points. There will be no negative point for a wrong answer.
**Points obtained in this Contest will be valid for this Contest only & will not be carried forwarded to any new Contest.
**If a Subscriber participates in the Contest over two or more of the channels (Voice or SMS), his/her score will only be cumulative and not exclusive for each of the channels. i.e.: if the Subscriber has started participating in the Contest on Voice and has scored 20 points in 2 questions, if he/she drops the call and resumes participation through SMS, he/she will be given the 3rd question, and if he/she answers the question correctly, his/her score will be 30 and this will be the score that will be considered for the highest scorer’s selection of all the prizes.
**There will be happy hours decided by the Organizers. Subscribers participating in Contest during happy hours will get 20 points for every right answer. Information regarding happy hours will be sent to all registered users/Subscribers via SMS in advance. Subscribers can also get happy hour information on IVR in Help menu.
**Subscriber’s participant will get double points (20 points) for every right answer during the contest festival days. Information regarding Festival Days will be sent to all registered users/subscribers via SMS in advance.

Eligibility Criteria

Airtel Mega Win Season 33 Contest is valid for allactive Prepaid and Postpaid Subscribers of Airtel who fulfill the following criteria at the time of participation and during the Contest Period:

**Subscriber must be an individual and his/her age should be 18 years or more.
**Subscriber must be a citizen of India.
**He/she must not have any criminal record (i.e. neither convicted nor prosecuted for commission of any criminal offence) or be of an unsound mind.
**He/she must have a firm contractual capacity and is not under any legal disability e.g. insolvency, restraint by court orders etc. and / or is otherwise prohibited from entering any contractual relationship

Winner Selection & Declaration

The selection of the winner of the Contest, shall take place after completion of the Contest.

Winner selection will be done based on following criteria in the same order as mentioned below:
**Highest Score
**Minimum attempts
**First to score
**In case there is tie between the participants on above mentioned criteria (for all prize categories except Daily Recharges & Daily Gold), then tie breaker round will be conducted. In case of a tie, the Subscribers who have tied will be asked to answer a set of 5 tie breaker questions, the Subscriber who answers the maximum questions correctly in the given time or in case both the Subscribers answer equal number of questions correctly, the Subscriber who answers the maximum questions correctly in the least time, will be selected as the winner.
**The above mentioned criteria shall not be applicable on Daily Recharge Prize & Daily Gold Prize category.
**However, for Daily Recharge & Daily Gold Prizes, in case of tie between participants on criteria mentioned in Annexure A, all tied participants will be gratified.
**There will be no tie breaker for daily recharge and daily gold prize category.

Required Documents For Airtel Mega Contest

The documents required to be submitted along with the claim by the Winners include the following:
**Address proof (Voter ID / Driving License / Passport/electricity bill not older than 3 months /Telephone bill not older than 3 months etc.) – the address should be the same as mentioned in the operator records.
**Photo Id proof (Aadhar Card / Passport/Voter ID/Driving License etc.) – the name on the id proof should be the same as mentioned in the operator records.
**One passport size photo
**Affidavit declaration for acceptance of prize (format will be communicated/shared with winner)
**Postpaid bill (for postpaid user) (additional document)
**Demand Draft (DD) equal to TDS amount in advance in favor of One 97 Communications Ltd (30% of gratification amount if exceeding INR 10,000) as per the applicable provisions of Income Tax Act 1961)
**Submission of acknowledgement letter (as per the format that shall be provided by Organizer) on receipt of the Prize(s)
**PAN card copy self-attached
**For Bumper winner – Affidavit mentioning that he / she (including spouse of winners and immediate/first blood relatives of winners) has not won any bumper prize in the previous contests organized by One 97 for Airtel.
**Authorization letter or NOC -In case number is registered in the name of a company or firm, the employee who is authorized to use the MSISDN shall submit a No Objection Certificate and authorization letter of the employer.
**One 97 shall award the Winner with Gold* Prize worth 70 % of Prize amount subject to the documents/declaration form as may be required by One 97 after deduction of TDS @ 30%
