What is WeekendFeels Instagram Contest?

WeekendFeels Travels Technologies LLP provides an online platform that connects operators who have knowledge and experience with a particular travel destination or activity with Travellers seeking to experience such destinations and activities. Weekend Feels’s responsibilities are limited to facilitating the availability of the Services and serving as the limited agent of each Operator for the purpose of accepting payments from Travelers on behalf of the Operator. Competition starts on 1st August 2022 and ends on 31st August 2022. Winners will be announced on 5th September 2022 on our Instagram.

Eligibility Criteria

The Eligibility Criteria for WeekendFeels Instagram Contest are given below,
** Weekend Feels’s responsibilities are limited to facilitating the availability of the Services and serving as the limited agent of each Operator for the purpose of accepting payments from Travelers on behalf of the Operator.
** Weekend Feels only facilitates ticket booking and does not take any guarantee of any kind of permissions or tickets required in course of your tour itinerary.
** In the case, you miss and do not have required documents due to which you are not able to complete your tour, Weekend Feels or tour operator will not be liable for the act.

Zero Charges Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges are applicable as below:
** All cancellation requests should be made to booking [AT] weekendfeels [DOT] com from the registered e-mail address only. It shall be mandatory to mention the booking ID in the cancellation request e-mail.
** For cancellation requests that are made before 24 Hours of event start date, entire booking amount for the concerned event will be refunded and returned to the source within 7-14 business days.
** For cancellation requests that are made between 0 to 24 Hours of event start date, the user will be given single or multiple vouchers totaling the value equal to the entire amount for the concerned event. The said voucher will be sent via e-mail on the registered e-mail ID within 3 business days. The said voucher shall be valid for a period of 3 months from the date of its issuance and it cannot be clubbed with any other discount coupon or voucher.
** Clauses 2 and 3 are applicable both in case of payment of the entire amount as well as partial payment for the concerned event.
** For Cancellation requests that are made on or after the event start date, they are not entertained.
** Zero Cancellation Policy is not applicable for cancellation requests raised for a group of 10 or more members. Weekend Feels reserves all right to take decision on these requests which may include 100% cancellation charges.

Partial Payments Option of Weekend Feels

The Partial Payments Option of Weekend Feels are given below,
** Confirm your booking by paying Booking Amount as mentioned in the package details of the concerned event.
** Remaining of the total amount payable should be paid before the due date of the concerned event, failing which the booking shall stand cancelled.
** Remaining payment to be made via the payment link provided in the booking confirmation mail of the concerned event.
** If you choose to “pay at campsite” option, you have to pay the remaining amount at the campsite at the time of check-in.
** Your booking confirmation is subjected to payment of the full amount towards the booking.

Cancellation / Amendment By Weekend Feels

We reserve our right to amend or cancel the tour booked by you, without assigning any reason. Such amendment or cancellation may be due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer you alternative tour dates / tour. If the alternative date / tour is not acceptable to you, we would refund the money as per our cancellation policy. We would not be responsible or liable to pay any compensation or damage or consequential loss of interest or to refund any other expense incurred to you.

** Multiple stories or posts count as multiple entries
** Multiple accounts for one booking count as multiple entries
** Multiple entries gets you multiple chances to win
** Competition starts on 1st August 2022 and ends on 31st August 2022
** You must have a valid confirmed booking with us
** Winners will be announced on 5th September 2022 on our Instagram
