Terms & Conditions :

1. These terms and conditions govern the conduct of the Contest “#OneForEveryone” henceforth to be known as the “Contest”.
2. This Contest is brought to you by OYO Rooms and any participation in this regard is voluntary and subject to these terms and conditions.
3. This Contest is open to all Indian citizens residing in India only.
4. The last day for participation is 22 Dec 2015 till 11:59 PM.
5. All decisions with respect to this Contest, including the number of prizes and the type of prizes, will be at the sole discretion of OYO Rooms and the same will be final & binding on all participants.
6. Prizes are non-transferrable and non-redeemable and cannot be exchanged for any other item, cash or coupons.

7. Distribution of prizes :
Facebook & Twitter – 3 Xiaomi Mi4 phones to be won every day (totalling 18 phones) and 7 free two-night stays for two in selected OYOs across the country (totalling 42 stays) from 17 Dec to 22 Dec
Instagram – 2 Xiaomi Mi4 phones to be won across the entire duration of the contest from 17 Dec to 22 Dec

8. OYO Rooms reserves the right to use all assets (videos, texts and images) that get created with respect to this Contest, across their website and social media.
9. OYO Rooms shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered as a result of participating in this Contest.
10. OYO Rooms reserves the right to withdraw and/or alter any or all of the terms and conditions of this contest at any time without prior notice.
11. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi only. The existence of dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against OYO Rooms.

12. To participate in the Contest, the contestant needs to do the following:
a. Follow the OYO Rooms Facebook page, Twitter handle and Instagram handle.
b. Record a video/picture, HD quality, of your crazy, hilarious and weird hotel quirks. Your video or picture should tell a story. Do check out the videos on this page for reference.

c. Submit your entry from 17 Dec to 22 Dec in any of the following ways:
Twitter: Tweet the video/picture using the hashtag #OneForEveryone and tagging @oyorooms.
Facebook: Post the video/picture on your timeline using the hashtag #OneForEveryone and tagging the OYO Rooms Facebook page (please ensure that the post visibility is set to ‘public’).
Instagram: Post the video/picture on your timeline using the hashtag #OneForEveryone and tagging the OYO Rooms Instagram handle (please ensure the account visibility is set to ‘public’).

d. Multiple entries (videos and pictures) are allowed and you stand a chance to win prizes based on any of your video/pictures

13. Entries will be evaluated by our panel of judges. The entries will be judged based on:
a. The number of Likes and Shares on Facebook, Retweet and Likes on Twitter and Likes on Instagram received within the first three days from the date of upload.
b. The quality of the content i.e. the funnier or quirkier your entry, the higher your chances of winning.

Note :
All entries must fulfill a basic quality criteria to be eligible for the prizes. A low quality entry will not be eligible to win prizes even if it has a high number of Likes, Shares or Retweets.

14. Winners will be declared as per the following timelines :
Facebook & Twitter :
** Entries received on 17 Dec – Winners will be declared on 20 Dec by 6 PM.
** Entries received on 18 Dec – Winners will be declared on 21 Dec by 6 PM.
** Entries received on 19 Dec – Winners will be declared on 22 Dec by 6 PM.
** Entries received on 20 Dec – Winners will be declared on 23 Dec by 6 PM.
** Entries received on 21 Dec – Winners will be declared on 24 Dec by 6 PM.
** Entries received on 22 Dec – Winners will be declared on 25 Dec by 6 PM.

Instagram :
Names of both the winners based on entries received from 17 Dec to 22 Dec will be declared on 25 Dec by 6 PM

Grand Prize Winner :
Name of the grand prize winner will be declared on 26 Dec by 6 PM. The grand prize will be awarded to one lucky participant who shows the most activity throughout the duration of the contest by regularly submitting interesting videos and images across Facebook, Twitter & Instagram. Winners of the individual days will also be eligible to win this grand prize.
