User is required to download and register successfully the Axis Mobile Banking Application or to do netsecure registration successfully on Axis Internet banking during the offer period in order to be eligible for the offer and any Axis Bank Internet banking Netsecure Registration done before or after the offer period is are excluded
3. Offer is applicable to unique users doing their first time registration on Axis Bank Mobile App or Netsecure registration on Axis Internet Banking

5. The participation in the Offer is entirely voluntary and it is understood, that the participation by the User shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis. 6. It is clearly understood by the User that the coupon is being provided by a third party – goibibo and not by Axis Bank. Hence, in the event of any dispute regarding coupon /subscription or any other related issues therein or incidental thereto shall be settled by the User directly with goibibo and no User shall bring any dispute(s) to or against Axis Bank.

8. Axis Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or delay in delivery or otherwise of the goods. Axis Bank would not be liable in any manner whatsoever or howsoever including but not limited to any financial loss/damage that may be incurred by the User.

Axis Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever including but not limited to any problems caused by internet connections and/or internet service providers and any technical or other issues at goibibo Axis Bank shall not be responsible for system outages, delays, equipment malfunctions, errors or other or technical difficulties or impediments or any other force majeure event that may prevent the User from participating in the Offer or for redeeming the voucher. Promo code can be used only once within the validity period
11. Axis Bank shall not be liable for any issue faced in redeeming the promo or fulfillment of any conditions by goibibo
12. These Terms and Conditions and an arrangement herein shall be subject to applicable RBI guidelines issued from time to time and prevailing law and regulations.
13. The Eligible User will be notified through SMS on bank registered mobile number with the details about the process for redemption along with the promo code
14. Winners will be declared 15 days after the campaign close date ( 31st Dec is the end date)
15. In all matters relating to the campaign, the decision taken by Axis Bank will be the final decision
