What is Royal Stag Register to Win ICC World Cup Tickets?

This “ROYAL STAG Packaged Drinking Water Live It Large Promo” is being organized by Pernod Ricard India Pvt. Ltd., a company duly incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 in association with/ through its partner agency, VMS events Pvt Ltd, a company duly incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 hereinafter together referred to as the “Organiser/s”.

Please read the terms and conditions of the “ROYAL STAG Packaged Drinking Water Live It Large Promo” before participating in it (hereinafter referred to as the “Promo”).

By participating/ availing this Promo, it is deemed that the participants/ customers/ consumers (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Participant”) and/or Winners have irrevocably and unconditionally accepted all terms & conditions contained herein, including any/all amendment, modification, etc. made thereto without demur and shall throughout remain bound to them as under:

Eligibility of Royal Stag Register to Win Tickets

This Promo is open only for Indian citizens above the legal age of 21 years having the legal capacity to enter into a contract in the territory of India, except Bihar, Gujarat, Manipur, Nagaland, Mizoram, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala and J&K.

For the Prize (as defined hereinbelow), only those Lucky Winners who are residents of the states that they participated from shall be entitled to the Prize(s) upon submission of valid address proof to the satisfaction of the Organizers.

In case any participant/winner is found to be a resident of a state other than a participating state (“State of Participation”) at the time of delivery of Prize his/her entry shall not be considered valid and the Organizer shall be free to choose an alternate Winner from the said State of Participation.

State of Participation shall be determined by presentation of any valid address proof issued by the government of India (e.g., Driving License, Voters ID, Masked Aadhar Card, or current months Electricity Bill).

Organizers’ employees, their family members, sponsors, agents, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and any other channel partners, including their employees or any outlet staff, bar staff and counter salesmen are not eligible to participate in the Promo. Entries received from any of the foregoing ineligible participants shall be liable to be rejected by the Organizers at any stage of the Promo without demur.

The Participant shall only be entitled to participate in the Promo, through his/her mobile number. Participation is not capped from a particular number, however multiple entries from a particular number will be considered as a single entry for the purpose of lucky draw.

How to Participate Royal Stag Contest to Win Tickets?

1. Participants will need to give a missed call 8882 589 589 after which they will receive a WhatsApp message with a link to www.royalstagfan.com/largestfan.

** On clicking on the link, the Participant will need to register for the contest by submitting his/her details (Name, Age, State, City, Gender, Mobile, Email) mentioned on the form.

** After filling Participant’s details and clicking on the submit button, a personalized confirmation message will be sent to the Participant’s WhatsApp number shared by the Participant with the Organisers at the time of filling said form.

** The message will confirm the successful registration by the Participant for the Promo and an acknowledgement along with Rohit Sharma’s personalized confirmation message.
** Each successful entry duly registered with the Organizers will be eligible to be part of the lucky draw pool of Participants for the purposes of determining the final winner.
** The Participant understands and agrees that the mere confirmation of successful registration is not a confirmation of the Participant’s winning the Prize.

** During the Promo period, the Participant will get the confirmation message regarding their successful registration only once on the Participant’s registered mobile number shared by the Participant during the registration process.

** Participants are can visit www.royalstagfan.com/largestfan through digital promotion (clicking promoted links on social & YT posts) or by scanning QR code on RS Live It Large print Ads or on RS Live It Large OOH ads.
** After filling Participant’s details and clicking on the submit button, a personalized confirmation message will be sent to the Participant’s WhatsApp number shared by the Participant with the Organisers at the time of filling said form.
** The message will confirm the successful registration by the Participant for the Promo and an acknowledgement along with Rohit Sharma’s personalized confirmation message.
** Each successful entry duly registered with the Organizers will be eligible to be part of the lucky draw pool of Participants for the purposes of determining the final winner.

** The Participant understands and agrees that the mere confirmation of successful registration is not a confirmation of the Participant’s winning the Prize.

During the Promo period, the Participant will get the confirmation message regarding their successful registration only once on the Participant’s registered mobile number shared by the Participant during the registration process.

3. The entries to be part of the lucky draw pool will be the combined entries from both the methods of participation as detailed above. From the collective lucky draw pool of Participant from both the methods of participation, a total of 60 winners will be drawn on a random basis using randomizer software in the presence of an independent auditor.

4. The decision on number/s winners is subject to the Organizer’s discretion and can be changed/withdrawn without any prior notice.
The Organizer/s shall not be responsible for (including but not limited to):
** Any SPAM generated messages.
** The Operator Code not being displayed on the user’s mobile phone.
** Any SMS / WhatsApp message delivery failure.
** Any lost, late, or misdirected computer transmission or network, electronic failures, or any kind of any failure to receive entries owing to transmission failures or due to any technical reason.
** If the participant has registered himself to the DND of the telecom provider/ the participant has registered with National Do Not Call Registry/ Participant has specifically requested for not receiving messages for the specific Promo.
** Other conditions beyond its reasonable control.

Prizes of Royal Stag Contest

1. During the Promo Period, a total of 60 Lucky Winners will be drawn from the entire pool of eligible and registered participants.

2. The Lucky Winners will be eligible, subject to fulfilling other conditions mentioned in these T&Cs, to win the Prize as follows:
3. First 10 shortlisted Lucky Winners
** ** The first 10 shortlisted Lucky Winners (shortlisted by the randomizing software in the presence of an independent auditor) from the entire pool by the Organizer/s shall stand a chance to win one ticket each to any one match of the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023.

Participant understands and agrees that it will be the sole decision of the Organizers to determine which ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup Match 2023 ticket will be given as Prize and in which State.

** Of the above mentioned first 10 Lucky Winners, the first 4 Lucky Winners will also get a chance to win “beyond boundaries gratification” where they stand a chance to step on the field and take the stadium experience 20-25 mins prior to start of match. This is subject to discretion of the Organizers and the match organizing committee. These first 4 Lucky winners will get stand tickets only at the discretion of the Organizers.

** The remaining 6 Lucky Winners will be rewarded with one regular stand ticket each to any one of the stands in the stadium at the sole discretion of the Organizers.

4. The next 50 Lucky Winners drawn randomly from the remaining pool by the Organizer/s shall stand a chance to win an autographed Team India Framed Replica Jersey (FJ) at the sole discretion of the Organizers.

5. The total 60 Lucky Winners shall be selected by way of random selection using a randomizer software, in the presence of an independent auditor post completion of identification and verification by the Organizers to its satisfaction.

6. The Participants understand and agree that if they are selected as one of the total 60 Lucky Winners, they will be eligible to receive the Prize only upon completion of their identification and verification including verification of valid address proof issued by the government of India (e.g., Driving License, Voters ID, Masked Aadhar Card, or current months Electricity Bill) to the satisfaction of the Organizers.

7. The Prize would include the cost of only one (1) match ticket to watch any one of the scheduled match(es) at the ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 at the discretion of the Organizers.

8. Any additional cost(s), including travel and/ or stay and any other expenses incurred to avail the Prize by the Lucky Winner would be solely borne by the Winners and the Organizers shall not be liable for the same in any manner whatsoever.

9. The names of the Winners shall be announced by the Organizer on Royal Stag Packaged Drinking Water social media handles on a fortnightly basis during the Promo Period.
