Timings: From 6.00 pm. to 8.00 p.m.
Chest No. will be distributed on 21st August, 2015 at Vidya Mandir High School

Rules :
1. All entry forms must be duly signed by authorized persons to authenticate the date of birth furnished
2. Entry forms should be filled Duplicate and each age group for BOYS and GIRLS on separate form only.
3. All competitors will participate at their risk and the club shall not be held responsible for any mishap, injury that may occur to them while taking part in the race.
4. Chest No. (Supplied by the Organizers) should be properly pinned with 4 pins each.
5. The organizer decision will be the final. Protest if any, should be lodged, within 15 minutes of the competition of the event with the protest fee of Rs.500/- that will be returned if the protest upheld.
6. All the Chest No. have to be returned at the race site, failing which Rs.10/- per head will be charged
7. All the cheque should be drawn in the favor of “Dahisar Track Masters Club”.

Attractive Prizes :
A. First 3 Place Winner will be awarded with Cash & Certificate.
B. First 10 Place Winner will get the Merit Certificate.
C. All the Participants will get the Participation Certificate after returning the chest numbers.
D. Rolling Overall team championship will be given
E. Maximum Participation from School or Clubs at the Road Race will be awarded an Attractive Prize.
