Kanan Devan Veedu Vandi Swarnam Contest is sponsored and launched by Tata Consumer Products Ltd. The contest is valid only for the participants from Kerala and not valid for the participants from Tamil Nadu and other states of India. The consumers of Tata Consumer Products Ltd. can participate by giving a missed call on 96452 96452. or by scanning the QR code mentioned on the promotional pack. During the Contest Period, 377 winners will be selected for various rewards. The contest will commence from 25/07/2023 to 15/10/2023.

Eligibility of Kanan Devan Veedu Vandi Swarnam Contest
1. This Contest will be open to only consumers of TATA CONSUMER PRODUCTS LTD. who are residents of Kerala (India) with the exception of employees, trade partners, dealers, distributors and their immediate family members of TATA CONSUMER PRODUCTS LTD. and the agency.
2. This contest is open for adults above 18 years.
3. The Contest is valid only for the residents of the state of Kerala (India).
4. Products available without this offer also.
5. TATA CONSUMER PRODUCTS LTD. or its Agency will not be responsible for any NDNC (National Do Not Call) Registry regulation that will come into play. All Participants who participate will agree as per the terms and conditions that even if they are registered under NDNC, DND (Do Not Disturb), TATA CONSUMER PRODUCTS LTD. or its Agency will have all the authority to call such shortlisted winners by virtue of them having voluntarily participated in the Contest.
How to Participate in the Kanan Devan Contest?
1. For participants from Kerala
a) Any participant can enter any number of times during the contest period from a mobile number.
b) Step 1: Participant to give a missed call to 96452 96452 or scan the QR Code printed on the promotional pack to receive a message via WhatsApp
c) Step 2: Participant to enter the Unique code printed inside the promotional pack to confirm their participation.
2. TATA CONSUMER PRODUCTS LTD. and the Partner Agency shall not be responsible for (including but not limited to):
a) For any SPAM generated messages.
b) For the Operator Code not being displayed on the user’s mobile phones.
c) For any SMS message delivery failures.
d) Any lost, late or misdirected computer transmission or network, electronic failures or any kind of any failure to receive entries owing to transmission failures or due to any technical reason.
e) If the participant has registered himself to the DND of the telecom provider/ the participant has registered with National Do Not Call Registry.
f) Participant has specifically requested for not receiving messages for the specific campaign.
g) Other conditions beyond its reasonable control.
h) Any SMS not deliverable due to changes in TRAI policies / Telcom operator policy.
Contest Period
1. The contest will commence from 25th July 2023 to 15th October 2023
2. Time of participation will be defined as the time at which the entry is received through the web mode of participation at TATA CONSUMER PRODUCTS LTD.
3. Entries coming outside the Contest Period will not be considered for winner selection.
4. The contest shall run on the following specially marked products (SKUs) of Tata Consumer Products Ltd.,
a) Kanan Devan Strong 250gm,500gms
b) Kanan Devan Classic 250gms, 500gms
5. Products without this promotion also available in the market.
Prizes of Kanan Devan Veedu Vandi Swarnam Contest
a) Gold Coin Prize:
i. During the Contest Period, 375 winners will be selected for 1gm Gold Coin
b) SUV Car Prize:
i. During the Contest Period, 1 winner will be selected for SUV Tata Harrier Car XE for contest period of 83 days.
c) Flat Prize:
i. During the Contest Period, 1 winner will be selected for Flat worth upto Rs. 40,00,000 in Kerala for contest period of 83 days
Winner Selection of Kanan Devan Veedu Contest
1. All Prize Winners will be eligible to win as per below:
a) A maximum of one Gold Coin Prize during the Campaign Period.
b) A maximum of one SUV or Flat Prize during the campaign period.
c) If any winner has won a gold coin prize, he / she shall be eligible to win SUV or Flat prize.
d) If any winner has won either SUV or Flat prize, he/she shall be eligible to win a gold coin prize
e) If any winner has won a gold coin prize and any one of the SUV or Flat prize, he/she shall not be eligible to win any other prizes during the campaign period.
2. The Prize winners will be drawn by randomizer software on a lottery basis during the contest period i.e. from 12:01 AM 25th July 2023 to 11:59:59 PM 15th October 2023
3. All valid entries from 12:01 AM 25th July 2023 to 11:59:59 PM 15th October 2023 will be considered for the prizes.
4. Any participant can win a maximum of 2 prizes during the contest period (refer point 1 under Winner Selection) from a mobile number, email address, house address, PAN Card/Aadhar Card/ Household.
5. Prizes will be given subject to the winner satisfying the verification process of TATA CONSUMER PRODUCTS LTD.
6. The Gold Coin & SUV Prize cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash. Prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. Any unclaimed prize is not-transferable, non-refundable, and non-redeemable for other goods or services and cannot be taken in exchange for cash.
7. Any unused prize is not-transferable, non-refundable, and non-redeemable for other goods or services and cannot be taken in exchange for cash.
8. TATA CONSUMER PRODUCTS LTD. or its partner agency shall provide the prize on an “as-is basis” and without any warranty or guarantee concerning the quality, suitability or comfort, and TATA CONSUMER PRODUCTS LTD.
9. The image of the prize depicted on the press ads/posters/TVC’s/pack shots etc. are for illustrative purposes only and the actual prize may vary from the depiction made.
10. TATA CONSUMER PRODUCTS LTD. or its Agencies shall not be liable for any loss or damage of the prize due to Act of God, Governmental action, Force Majeure circumstances and / or any other reasons which are beyond the reasonable control of TATA CONSUMER PRODUCTS LTD. / its Agency, and under no circumstances, TATA CONSUMER PRODUCTS LTD. shall be liable to pay any compensation whatsoever for such losses.
11. Apart from the Assured Reward, any participant of the contest who wins any one of the prize during the Contest Period shall not be eligible to win any further prizes.
12. The winner generation for Prizes will be done on the basis of Valid Unique Number + Unique mobile number + Unique Email ID + Unique Address + PAN / Aadhar Card Number
