What is Snickers Cashback Program?
Snickers Cashback Program is sponsored and launched by MARS INTERNATIONAL INDIA PVT. LTD., conducted by Pine Labs Private Limited. The Program is open to Citizens of India only. During the Program Period, cashback of Rs 50 shall be given on purchase of Snickers Promo pack by participating with unique code. Consumer will have an option to get cashback in form of bank transfer (UPI/NEFT). The Program is valid only in India from 26/04/2023 to 30/11/2023.

Eligibility of Snickers Cashback Program
** This Program will be open to all the residents of India except for employees, their immediate family members, agents, distributors, retailers and any other channel partner of MARS INTERNATIONAL INDIA Pvt. Ltd. and the Agency.
** MARS INTERNATIONAL INDIA Pvt. Ltd. or the Agency will not be responsible for any NDNC (National Do Not Call) Registry regulation that will come into play. All Participants who participate will agree as per the terms and conditions that even if they are registered under NDNC, DND (Do Not Disturb), MARS INTERNATIONAL INDIA Pvt. Ltd. or the Agency will have all the authority to call such shortlisted winners by virtue of them having voluntarily participated in the Program.
Timings of Snickers Cashback Program
** The Participants who complete the participation steps between 12:00:00 AM to 23:59:59 PM (here in after referred as “Program Timings”) during the Program Period are eligible to participate in the Program.
** Entries coming outside the Program Period will not be considered for winner selection.
** The Program is applicable on specific pack of Snickers.
How to Participate in the Snickers Cashback?
Participation steps are as follows:
** As a first step, Participants are required to scan the QR code printed on the pack. Scanning will take consumer to the participating microsite snickersduo.woohoo.in.
** Participant to fill the following details
i) A unique code mentioned inside Snickers pack.
ii) Enter Name, Mobile Number, OTP & click on validate.
iii) Upon successful validation, Participant to fill details on the form & submit to get the reward.
iv) The cashback reward options to be in form of NEFT/UPI.
** 1 unique code can be redeemed only once during Promo Period. A Code shall only be valid for one-time participation.
** In case a Participant chooses UPI as an option, Participant need to enter valid & correct UPI id. In case a Participant chooses NEFT as an option, Participant needs to enter IFSC code, Bank Name, Account number etc.
** Within 4 working days (excluding bank holidays, Saturday and Sunday) from the date of filling the correct details winner shall receive their reward. In case details entered by participant are incorrect, MARS INTERNATIONAL INDIA PVT. LTD./its agency shall have no responsibility and/or obligation to grant the said prize and requests for change of such details, if any, shall be the sole discretion of MARS INTERNATIONAL INDIA PVT. LTD. MARS INTERNATIONAL INDIA PVT. LTD./its agency reserves the right to NOT declare any replacement winner in lieu of all such winners entering wrong details.
** Selection of Winner shall be subject to fulfilment of all terms and conditions of the Program.
Prize of Snickers Cashback Program
** 1 mobile number can participate twice & get cashback twice during the Program Period.
** Cashback value to be Rs 50
** Cashback will be in form of either bank transfer (UPI/NEFT).
Winner Selection of Snickers Cashback Program
** A Participant can win twice per mobile number basis the valid participation.
** The unique code can be used once only and cannot be redeemed after the expiry of the Promotion Period and the participant by participating in the Promotion agree to waive off right of redemption post the date of expiry of the Promotion Period.
** Prizes will be given subject to the winner satisfying the verification process of MARS INTERNATIONAL INDIA PVT. LTD. or the Partner Agency.
** MARS INTERNATIONAL INDIA PVT. LTD., and Partner Agency shall have a right to ask for the original packs in case of any query raised by the Participants during the Program Period, non – submission of which shall render the Participant as not eligible to participate in the Program.
** Neither MARS INTERNATIONAL INDIA PVT. LTD. Nor Agency be liable for any delay in actual redemption under this Offer reflecting in the customers’ account.
** MARS INTERNATIONAL INDIA PVT. LTD. Or its Agency shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to the Code due to wrong opening of the pack.

LTD. or its Agencies shall not be liable for any loss or damage of the prize due to Act of God, Governmental action, Force Majeure circumstances and / or any other reasons which are beyond the reasonable control of MARS INTERNATIONAL INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED / its Agency, and under no circumstances, MARS INTERNATIONAL INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED shall be liable to pay any compensation whatsoever for such losses.
