What is Zee Biskope Navratri Tyohaar Niman Uphaar Contest?

“Navratri Tyohaar Niman Uphaar” Contest 2023 is conducted by Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited ZEEL as a promotional activity for its channel “Zee Biskope”. There will be total 9 winners for 9 days. Each winner will receive a smartphone. The Contest shall start from 21:00 IST on 15th October, 2023 and end at 23:59 IST on 23rd October, 2023.

Eligibility of Navratri Tyohaar Niman Uphaar Contest

The Contest is open for Participant(s) who are residents of India and for all those who are 12 years of age or above.

How to Participate in the Navratri Tyohaar Niman Uphaar Contest?

** During the Contest Period, the contest shall be held every day (herein referred as “Daily Contest Period”), during which the viewers of the Channel need to watch the movie that has been telecasted in the 1800-2100 time slot on that day and during the movie, a unique number between 0 to 9 will be flashed on the screen every hour without repetition, i.e. for each movie there will be 3 (three) such numbers.

** Viewers will have to collect those numbers. Once they have watched the movie, between 21:00 IST and 23:59 IST the viewers have to give a missed call on 8291829137 to participate in the Contest. Thereafter, they will get a call back where they need to fill in the numbers sequentially in the IVR.

** They may repeat this through the 9 (nine) days of the Contest Period to give maximum correct answers in chronological order. This would mean the more they watch, the more they enter the correct numbers in chronological order.

** During the Daily Contest Period, 3 (Three) numbers between 0 to 9 (herein referred as “question”) will appear while the movie is being telecasted during the Prime Time slot on the Channel on that day (“Daily Contest Post(s)”). The participants will have to give a missed call on 8291829137, after which they shall receive a call back where they need to fill in the numbers sequentially in the IVR. ZEEL at any time can alter/change the Daily Contest at its sole discretion.

** The contest shall be held between 15th October, 2023 and 23rd October, 2023 and there will be 1 (One) winner for each day for giving the correct answers.
** 1 (One) winner will be selected for each day from among those sending the three numbers of the day sequentially in the IVR. The selection shall be made via randomizer.
** There will be total 9 (Nine) winners for 9 (Nine) days.
** Each winner will receive a smartphone.

** ZEEL may promote this Contest through the medium of the Channel, Website, print media (newspapers), television (promos, Astons, bugs etc.), on ground promotions, push SMS, radio, digital media/ online and any other manner as shall deem fit by ZEEL, at its sole discretion, stating the mechanism in which the Participant(s) can participate in the Daily Contest Post(s).

** Each Contest Question(s) will be corresponded by Out Bound Dialler Calls, on which the participant is required to respond with the correct answer in chronological order in order to participate in the Contest Post(s).

** For sake of clarity, it is stated that all Entry(ies) should be sent from the personal/self-owned Mobile Number of the Participant and any Entry(ies) sent from any public account shall not be considered valid by ZEEL and the same shall be disqualified.

** For purposes of the Contest, “receipt” of the Entry shall be considered by ZEEL only when system of respective network providers of the Mobile Number of the Participant successfully records the response by the Participant on the question sent via call back by Zee.

** A valid entry for the purpose of this Contest is where the Participant has submitted the Answer strictly in the manner provided hereinabove. (“Entry”).

Prizes of Navratri Tyohaar Niman Uphaar Contest

From amongst the Participants, 9 (Nine) Participants, who have submitted the Entry and have given the correct answer to the Contest posts will be selected as winners (hereinafter referred to as “Winners”), i.e. 1 (One) Winner for each day of the Contest Period.

The Winners shall be entitled to receive Prize post adherence of verification process as mentioned in clause 16-17 of the Terms and Conditions. The Winner(s) will be selected randomly by an automated system and there will be no human intervention/choices.

Each Winner for the Contest Post will be eligible to receive a smartphone as determined by ZEEL (“Prize”). During the Contest Period, 3 (Three) Participants who have given the maximum number of correct answers in chronological order throughout the 9 (Nine) days, shall be eligible for being selected as mega winners (hereinafter referred to as “Mega Winners”).

The 3 (Three) Mega Winners shall each be eligible to receive gratification as follows (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Mega Prize”):
** Winner: 40” LED TV
** First runner-up: Refrigerator
** Second runner-up: Microwave.

A Participant (i.e. One Mobile Number) can be declared as a daily Winner only once throughout the Contest Period However, a Winner is eligible for the Mega Winner category.

Contest Period

The Contest shall start from 21:00 IST on 15th October, 2023 and end at 23:59 IST on 23rd October, 2023 (“Contest Period”).
